Locacion e instalaciones son excelente, muy bellos jardines en la propiedad. Tiendas y reataurantes a muy corta distancia, caminando. La habitacion conto con refigerador y cocina. Muy excelente habitacion, gracias.

Un buen lugar para estar
El lugar es muy lindo, limpio y accesible. La suit tiene todo para una estadía corta o prolongada. Nosotros como pareja la cama queen/ matrimonial nos es muy pequeña y a ratos poco comfortable. Las personas de recepción muy atentas siempre.

I'm in GDL to find a place to live, which is taking time. This property has a kitchen and a refrigerator - which makes the time it is taking almost painless. The staff could not be nicer and the security is top notch. I've extended my stay twice, so far.

The bed are si small, and you have to call in intercon to enter the property, there is not other way to enter.

Very clean, safe and beautiful suites.
Very safe and beautiful suites. It is Gates and only the concierge can buzz you in. Suites were spacious and very clean. It was also very close to the main boulevard in Guadalajara.

Reserve con tarjeta de débito la administradora estuvo llamando a diario para saber si iba a llegar al hotel, le comenté en cobrar la habitación comentando que no podía solo con tarjeta de crédito, hizo pasar muy mal momento por la insistencia con el pago, llevo muchos años reservando con ustedes y nunca había tenido problemas, la administradora del hotel con mala actitud.

Hola, lamentamos esa mala experiencia. No es que se le estuvo insistiendo el pago, nosotros al ser un hotel muy pequeño, tenemos que tener garantizadas las reservaciones. En su caso, al dar una Tarjeta de debito era necesario hacer el cambio a una de crédito ya que con eso hacemos la retención de una noche como garantía de reserva. No se puede hacer el cobro a distancia de una tarjeta de debito para no tener consecuencias, con usted, su banco y nosotros. Una vez más una disculpa si la atención e insistencia fue totalmente de su desagrado.

Muy buena atención de recepción y camarera. Limpio, excelente condición de sus muebles y habitación. Me guardaron un cable que olvide. Me llamaron cuando hablé para pedir buscar las medallas de mi hijo que creíamos haber olvidado.

lahabitaciones son muy agradables, cuenta con cocina, sofa cama, aire acondicionado, etc. Es muy tranquilo y seguro, ya que son pocas habitaciones, estacionas el veh´culo dentro de la propiedad y hay seguridad todo el día.

Hola me imagino que posiblemente la molestia surge por haber pedido que se colocaran el cubrebocas dentro del hotel, ya que esto es una especificación a nivel nacional y esta determinada como obligatoria para todas las personas, hemos checado las cámaras de video de ese día y podemos corroborar que la petición por parte de la recepcionista fue siempre amable y cordial.

La ubicación es excelente , las instalaciones de la villa son buenas en general solo que tienen mucha humedad las paredes y el cuarto donde está la cama es súper pequeño y la cama de la recámara es matrimonial muy pequeña a mi gusto .
