STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!...This place is probably the worst place I have ever stayed in. The first night I thought was decent but oh was I so wrong. The second day my toilet stopped working and was unable to flush. I thought it was maybe the chain fell off of the flapper and lifted up the lid to the tank. In the tank there was a crack pipe sitting in the bottom of the tank. I went down to the desk to mention the non-working toilet as well as what I found and the front desk came up to check the toilet. Once they got there they took pictures of the "pipe" removed it and then said "sorry" and they would maintenance to come up. Later that evening I got back and the tank was full but once i used the bathroom a few times didnt work again. Once again gad someone from the desk come up and it was "suppose to be fixed". After a few uses wouldnt you know it stopped working again. I ended up leaving 11 hours earlier than expected not to mention I had to have my room keys re-keyed at least five times in a day and a half. After filing a complaint the property refused to issue a full refund and still charged me for one day. Not sure how I could be charged after finding a crack pipe in my toilet??? COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED WITH CORPORATE ...Also, there are people sleeping in vehicles in the parking lot and the dumpster area looks like a city dump with mattresses and TV's on the ground. By far the worst place I have ever stayed at STAY CLEAR OF THIS DUMP!!!

Even though we stayed in a non-smoking room the sheets reeked of smoke. The free continental breakfast was extremely limited too.

If you're looking for luxury, see other hotels. If you are looking for a good spot to sleep and use as home base, this might be it. SImply put, it's your basic old run-down hotel with all of its run-down-ness, including a bunch of folks who call it "home." Ironically, I would probably stay here again on my next trip. The location was pretty good, The staff was very friendly and responsive. The cleanliness: it was very clean... The sheets may be old and might even have a cigarette burn hole from years ago, but it's CLEAN. It's like that old used car... it has seen better days, and it runs okay... it's just not the pretty showroom model. I'm happy with my experience there.

Even though I was only here 1 night for a business trip and it was not at my expense, the price was still quite low. I will definitely say though, that the property really needs to be updated. I believe this is a smoke free property, but the rooms and hallways smelled a bit like old smoke. There were noticeable little repairs throughout the hotel that were done quite sloppily. When I arrived to the breakfast area around 8:00 am, it was very messy and not a drop left of any coffee in the 3 containers. The waffle machine did have batter in it, but apart from a few packaged danishes, there was no more syrup or butter, so I just ate a plain waffle and grabbed a couple danishes to go. Overall, I thought the bed and room was quite comfortable and would recommend this hotel for someone who is okay with having just the basic amenities and nothing else, since the low price does go along with what is offered.

There were burn holes in the bedding, curtains, carpet, bathroom was outdated and the enamel on the tub was all cracked and peeling around the drain. The unit smelled like cleaner until the smell wore out and then it smelled like pot...all night. In Their continental breakfast was one waffle maker with three types of coffee, watered down juice, packaged pastries and oatmeal (no hot water). The sidewalk all around the building was cracked and broken. And the doorframe, where the lock goes into it was all dug into which made me fearful that someone could break in. My only blessing was that I was too exhausted to stay awake.

1 towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people in a king room, which the deadbolt lock was almost hanging off! Rugs had burn holes, elevator was extremely scary, with snapping and loud grinding noises and shook! This place needs to be condemned!!! Seriously!! Worst stay ever!!!!

Unfortunately, the first day I arrived the police where onsite trying to get someone out of a room that had a warrant, the persons that stay at the property are people that have made this place their home. Not for people who are visiting for the weekend or a few days. Elevator smelled like weed. Drug addict female by entrance, patrons smoking in the entry door
