"Hotel did not have my reservation! Please advise how this happened. Hotel gave me a room but did not have my reservation. Will not use travelocity again unless I receive an explanation."

"I embrace supporting small businesses. However, the hotel management must do a better job with the customers who smokes while ensuring equal respect to those customers who are non smokers. I notice right at the entrance door there were many cigarettes butts on the ground. Additionally, there were several guys standing within feet of the entrance door. This made it almost impossible for the non smoking customers to avoid coming into contact with the smoke as we walked in or out as a result. ...
