"We booked our room for two nights for a travel ball tournament. We specifically picked this hotel because it had a pool to cool our players off after their hot long days at the ball park. However, the pool was under construction in Summer and we were not alerted of this construction. We would have stayed somewhere else, if we would have known!!"
"Wouldn’t let me check in at 3 pm, room wasn’t ready till after 5 pm! Elevators did not work. They had some sort of altercation in the back parking lot, illegals I’m assuming, none of them spoke English!"
"The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful, and the breakfast was good. The elevator was out of order and there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as no blackout blind in one room, damaged shower curtain rail in another, and caulk peeling from bathrooms. The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were the best!"
"Two words: BED BUGS!! They were everywhere. We booked 2 nights here because the other hotels in town were jacking up their rates for a baseball tournament. Should’ve just sucked it up and paid more. Room was crawling with roaches, as well as outside the rooms. Pulled back covers on the beds to find multiple bed bugs. It was too late at night to try somewhere else so next morning checked out and complained to the staff. Front desk worked just shrugged it off and said “it happens”. Refused to give a refund for the next night that I didn’t stay. Unacceptable, unethical, and down right criminal to allow people to even attempt to sleep here. Pay more money and go somewhere else."
