I booked this on expedia and specifically chose this property because it is listed as "pet-friendly". When I arrived, I was charged a very hefty fee for having a pet. I showed them that the expedia site did not indicate a fee, or anything that indicated that having a pet would create any special circumstances. The response I got from the front desk was, "well I wouldn't book through expedia again". If Best Western isn't going to honor the terms they market on expedia, then they are the ones that shouldn't be booking customers through expedia. One other comment, the room doors allow a lot of sound through. Noisy neighboring guests made sleeping really challenging. And better lighting would be nice. There are only table lamps and they are dim.
