I did not like the service of the front desk. Also i am still waiting for the 35.00 to kick back in my account. I booked another night Sarita Brown and I asked them to clean it. When I came in at 6pm it was still dirty. Overall the place is okay i come often.

We stayed here April 2024 for the furniture market in High Point. We always know when we are in town for market ALL hotels jack prices up so this review has nothing to do with price. The staff was helpful and friendly especially guys working breakfast each morning as well as the bartender. My huge issue was this hotel should have been updated many years ago. entire hotel is very dated. There is almost no where to plug technology in room unless you are in bed. The furniture was even mis-matched, wall paper was coming off wall. We ate dinner first night at bar and breakfast each morning and food was good, just please before you stay here make sure you ask if they have remodeled, if not I would pass. One morning there were several homeless guys in lobby and eating breakfast buffet, we heard rumors at market that city done something with homeless population this market so they would not be bothering folks at market, I really hope #1 that city of HP did not put these homeless folks up in hotel that I was paying outrageous price for and #2 that Embassy did not allow HP to put them in their hotel. I will continue to stay at Embassy Suites but just not this one.

A nice hotel, but dated. Not equipped with modern amenities like USB chargers etc. Not a modern bathroom/shower etc. Also, the rooms provide a pull out sofa sleeper, but I hope no one has to sleep on it. It is wholly inadequate for supporting sleeping, and ours even seemed to have old blood stains on it.. I ended up closing it back up and just sleeping on the couch with my feet hanging off the end all night.i think the assumption is that no one actually ever uses it so they just don’t care to do anything about it. The service and the breakfast and manager’s reception are always nice at the Embassy Suites, but definitely modernization and updating needs to be considered.

I love the Embassy and have stayed here too many times to count. There needs to be slight upgrades and improvements to the rooms especially the suites it’s a beautiful large canvas just needs a little more modern take on it . All amenities are unmatched in the Greensboro area .

Indoor pool very cold. Our room the second night had a terrible odor like they had a leak somewhere or a drain issue. Maintenance said they’d have to have the morning staff investigate. Other than that the stay was good. Room 723.

The property is dated and needs upgrades. We were very disappointed in the facility's condition. At night, the hotel's noise level was intolerable, which made it difficult to sit in the living room area undisturbed. The noise level went on way past the 11:00 pm.

Tired and Grubby!
This hotel could likened to an aging film star. Once upon a time I am sure it was splendid and swanky, but alas it is tired, showing its age, and past its prime. Every faucet was loose, the fridge leaked and the carpet was stained. Paint was chipped, bedding was slightly gray. The outside signage had half of the lights out. We just had a one-night stay for a family trip, so not really time to complain. Just to vow never to return. Not your finest hour here ES

The service here is A1 the best. They were super friendly, well versed, and got me started on earning rewards! The rooms style is a bit dated but fits the aesthetic I guess. There was a plate left in the refrigerator and a sock under the chair other than that it was super clean. Definitely in my top 10 to stay.

2-Night Family Stay
Two night stay was great, very quiet overall I guess because of the holiday. Staff was efficient & courteous. The only issue was the tub in the room backed up after first shower and water did not drain, probably could use a good snaking other than that the room was fine. Yes its an older hotel but that didn’t bother me it provided what I needed.
