when I and my mother first arrived at this hotel, there were all kinds of shady characters outside. Some were disheveled, dirty, and even talking to themselves it was terrifying. when we arrived to get our room, the front desk associate had a man behind the counter with her who was visibly under the influence and asking us for a charger which was unsettling, to say the least. When we got to our first room, there was a couple in there that was being intimate and ran out as soon as we entered the room. The second room had a toilet that was not attached to the floor or plumbing. Not to mention as we’re walking through the hallways to get to our rooms there’s a smell of mold and spoiled food. The floors and walls are stained and dirty and it’s clear that they’re doing some sort of renovation in the hotel. Now the room that we got was it was still a little. When we asked the front desk associate for extra towels, she told us they didn’t have any extra towels due to the renovations. So not only was the hotel filthy unsafe and unlivable, but they didn’t even have any extra amenities to use at the hotel. I would never recommend anyone to stay here if they value their health and safety. When me and my mother finally left to go to our Airbnb, we cried as we were leaving because we finally got to get out of that hell hole, -10 out of 10 would never recommend it.

I am requesting a refund for this stay. It was absolutely upsetting that the condition of this place bought such discomfort. I had to walk through a graveyard of stained old mattresses and broken furniture. Not to mention boxes all over the ground, stained carpets and yelling outside my door at 7am in the morning. I came from Charleston, SC. for my nephew's graduation. I didn't know the area, or I would have tried to get a new place immediately. Instead, I locked myself in for safety and didn't even try to enjoy the city. I have several pictures of the mess! This is not indicated when booking that any kind of work is being done. Very disappointed.

no elevator, no full length mirror, no room phone, did not refill the coffee packets, the shower handle would not open up all the way, so the water temperature was luke warm. The floor was squeaky, The staff was very friendly!!
