"We had a great stay, exactly as expected for the price we paid. There were a couple of things that needed replacing or fixing and they were done straight away. The cleaning and standard of hotel could have been better but we weren't paying 4 or 5 star price. Very satisfied overall."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Regent! Its proximity to the beach and La Mer (retail and dining complex with a Euro Mediterranean feel) made this an awesome experience - it puts you in to vacation mode stat! The property is a tad bit dated but still clean, the towels are old, it no longer looks out on to the sea because of La Mer and the adjacent Indian restaurant, but makes no difference in the end. Honeymoon Stay

"Our stay was great! Upon arriving we were upgraded to a room with the view of the Burj Khalifa! We were even welcomed with a cake! The stay was very comfortable and all the staff were very helpful. When it was time for us to leave, their staff, Hameid was very friendly and accommodating. He allowed us a later checkout time due to our flight circumstances and was even very vigilant on our luggages. Thank you again, we appreciate the hospitality we received from Shangri-La hotel."
