This property is truly 5 star and exceeded so our expectations. We stayed at Nana Princess with a newborn baby and the hotel was very accommodating. They contacted us before check in to organize baby amenities to be available in the room. Upon arrival, the check in was very smooth and personalized. Our room was immaculate. The design is modern and thoughtful. Huge bed, deep bath tub and rainfall shower head, lovely private pool for every suite and direct views of the sea. We were also very impressed by the staff - everyone was welcoming and made our stay pleasant. There are 2 dining options for dinner - we would have preferred a bit more choice, but the restaurants there were well presented. We would definitely recommend this resort and would stay here again.

Our experience was amazing. We have stayed in many five star resorts around the world and Nana Princess surpassed all of them. The service in every aspect was exceptional, the cleanliness was superb, the food was of the highest quality and the staff always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend this resort and would even rate it higher than five stars if it were possible!!!

Amazing stay, I had my reservations, and there were a couple of issues out of their control. However how they went about to resolve them - was above and beyond. Cannot fault the place, amazing food, amazing service and so clean.

Brilliant upmarket resort.
The Nana Princess is a beautiful resort. There was nothing bad about it at all. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days after a conference at a different hotel at the end of October. Nana Princess is new, modern and the staff are amazing. It's quite small - very upmarket and swish. The pool with each room was brilliant and the ability to choose the temperature of your pool. We used the indoor pool in the Spa one of the days when the weather was poor. It's a beautiful pool and relaxation area. We went to the beach café/bar each day. There are cabana's and 2 private beaches. We ate at the meat restaurant, which had great food and service but was a little cold as there were no heaters and it was October. We ate at the fish restaurant twice which did have heaters. The atmosphere and ambiance were fabulous and the food and service amazing. The bar in the main building was great with entertainment each night. The breakfast was great and two mornings we managed to get a table by the window overlooking the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The views are wonderful, the service was impeccable, the food was amazing, everything. We ordered room service three times it was so great. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our exprience was second to none from the time we arrived to the time we left. The service was inpeccable and the staff could never do enough to make your visit extremely memorable. You will find it extremely difficult to find another hotel cleaner and better equipped with push button technology at your disposal. We will definitely come back in the future!!!

Gorgeous new property, the staff were amazing - Lina at reception and Fillis at concierge will not steer you wrong when it comes to food and attractions. The staff are always willing to help you or drive across the property. The sandy beach on property is very nice. The pools are ‘heated’ at 22 degrees; however, it’s far too cold to be enjoyable. The cost to raise the heat by a few degrees is exorbitant. Make sure you rent a car as taxi prices are quite high.

Amazing. Everything from the start of check in to check out the staff was amazing. The room and the private pool with the view, wow. The food options were plenty and breakfast was delicious every morning, the property was gorgeous the best part aside from the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, was the staff who made our stay so relaxing and fun. Paela and Kosta at the pool bar, are so entertaining and personable they made the cold pool water enjoyable.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Great location on the island. The hotel upgraded our room and gave us more complimentary gifts for our honeymoon. We were treated like true kings and queens. Wonderful and beautiful memories made at the Nana Princess!!

First class in hospitality!
I stayed for 7nights with my husband and 16mth old daughter for a family break. We booked this last minute and we were looking for a short direct flight and transfer from airport to hotel as that is very important when travelling with a child and this hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Our room was perfect.. Junior Suite with private heated pool with sea view. The bed was super king size and they provided a cot bed for our daughter. We made sure we included that in the notes at the time of booking. Personal preference, but we found the bed on the soft side hence we scored a 4/5 for room comfort. Amongst all the comforts in the room, you also have a very high tech spec room. We did experience technical issues and the staff rectified the issue immediately. There are 3 restaurants... main restaurant for breakfast buffet, ‘Eternal Blue’ for seafood opens 7pm and ‘Meat in Point’ opens 1-4pm. Our child goes to bed at 7:30pm and they kindly opened it early for us! All the food is at a very high standard. The best thing about staying here is that even though the hotel is full, there are plenty of sun loungers by the beach to relax and enjoy yourself. All the staff who work here really do make you feel very welcome and you feel part of the family. They go out of their way to help you and they truly make this hotel a first class for customer service and hospitality. It’s been a pleasure staying with you and thank you for making our first trip to Crete one to remember.

Out of this world hotel like out of a Bond movie! New, clean, ultra high class hotel/resort. I have never seen nor stayed in such a spectacular facility in all my years of travel, which include mostly Ritz, Fairmont, and other high end 5 star hotels. This hotel honestly puts them to shame; and this is coming from a picky traveler. The service was exemplary. Quiet. It’s too far to walk into hersonnisos, a cool beach town. However, it’s only a 5 euro cab ride. Lots of cool taverns and bars with great food. Lots of space to lay out on their sun beds and you don’t feel like you are bumping into other guests. Fantastic pools and 2 beaches exclusive to the resort. Great large gym for a hotel. Spa is insane. Large and professional massage therapists. This is probably the best hotel in greece and likely Europe. If you don’t love this hotel you likely have brain damage. Congrats to the developers, management, and staff for creating and world class hotel!!

Excellent séjour dans un très bel hôtel.
Séjour idyllique dans un hôtel magnifique parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est adorable, disponible pour vos moindres demandes. Les suites sont spacieuses avec une piscine vue sur la mer et une terrasse permettant de se relaxer et de prendre ses repas. Le service ne chambre est assuré par un personnel très serviable et très professionnel. La piscine est très belle avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L’hôtel dispose d'une plage privée avec des transats et des lits de plage. Des bouteilles d'eaux sont offertes tous les jours en chambre ainsi qu'à la piscine. Un grand merci à tous le personnel qui est vraiment dévoué et professionnel.

We firstly planed a special activity for each day of this short trip. But as soon as we arrived, we felt home and so peaceful. We cancelled each activity that take us out of hotel. One thing that s sure, I’ll come back soon.
