Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lots of dining options with great food and excellent service. Also fabulous range of drinks and cocktails with attentive bar and waiting staff. The only only downfall was the cleaning of room each day was a little poor, forgetting basics such as toilet roll and the ants were persistent. It was also a struggle to get a seat in the evenings to watch the live entertainment, which was also really good.

The staff at this hotel were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help you. The food was excellent - so much choice and superb quality. The drinks were great too. Lovely relaxing holiday!

Nit a 5 stars hotel, service isn’t good at all.
The hotel is not a 5 stars hotel, it is very old and look very bad. The reception wasn’t available even though we called 3 times at different times. The service wasn’t good at all- they didn’t explain anything about the hotel in our arrival, the forgot to give us bracelets, and everything was really bad.

Not as expected for a 5* hotel. Website misleading for menus. Creparie isn’t fully open yet so no waffles, basic crepe with choc or jam option. Pizzeria only a slice plain cheese. Pita gyros corner only two options of pork or falafel. Drinks - they do not follow the menu, over half not available. Incredibly frustrating as I’m can’t drink alcohol and there was only 2 mock tails out of the entire list with no reason why others not available. Room - not properly cleaned. Massive ant problem. Tested if the cleaners do clean the room by leaving a little bit of suncream on the floor - this wasn’t cleaned all week. The most unaceptable part was despite having “do not disturb” sign on door, on MULTIPLE occasions staff unlock the door and let themselves on. My partner was in the shower, I just got out the shower. We didn’t request maintenance, or anything. They just let themselves in!! (door was locked!)!We complained multiple times to reception and this wasn’t resolved and no one came back to us. Complete invasion of privacy and totally unacceptable. There was probably more times they let themselves in when we weren’t in the room! Rooms also very noisy. Pool loungers falling apart. The pool is salt water from the sea which is unpleasant. Okay for around 20 mins only. Perks include parking area. Most (not all) staff that speak English well enough are friendly and food is good. Overall not a 5* experience. More like 3* . Good enough for basic holiday, just not 5*.

I had conflicting expectations for this hotel. The price is about 100 euro per night for two people (all inclusive) but it’s listed as a 5 star hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. It’s fine. It seemed great for families with kids. However I went with my mother and it’s not really ideal for child-free guests. The guest services were challenging to coordinate with and were at times very slow. The food in the main dining area was actually quite good but it was nothing fancy. There was a dress code posted for dinner, but that’s a joke. It’s basically a glorified cafeteria and no one dressed up. We always dined right at opening, and by the time we left the dining room each night, there was a huge line of people waiting to get in with their fussy children. The close proximity to the beach was nice, the drinks were good - even though sometimes it was a good 20 minute wait to get a drink at the beach bar. There is an app for the resort, which when I asked the concierge several questions she told me to use the app, but the app wasn’t accurate about everything and didn’t have a live chat function. Also the hotel is about one hour away from Rhodes City, which is where most of the things to do are, so just know that when booking the hotel. Overall, it was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping came every day. The food service staff were friendly. The food was good, if not anything special. I feel I got what I paid for, but not 5 star.

First rate food and staff. Super clean. Beautiful surroundings. All staff are eager to please and respond well to any issues. Kept mini fridge well stocked daily and nice touches like wine and cakes left in room. If I were to be picky the beach and pool areas were too crowded meaning it was sometimes a struggle to find beds and umbrellas. On the whole though this is an excellent all-inclusive in a super luxurious hotel.

This is not a 5* property. Good 3*/average 4* at best! Some really lovely staff who were attentive and professional but others were ignorant or indifferent. I wish I took his name but there was one particular staff member, either a manager or supervisor, not sure but he was beyond rude! Our interactions with him were always at the “American restaurant” and also witnessing him with others. Turning people away for not having a reservation when there were tables available, being accusatory when you did actually have a reservation and just a generally unpleasant person, eye rolling and muttering under his breath! I discovered quite early into our stay that my email address was inputted incorrectly by the hotel staff so I wasn’t receiving confirmations for dinner reservations, but to be honest the whole system was painful. Food was average at best and portions in the a la carte restaurants were small. Definitely not giving value for money when all inclusive. Entertainment was poor! Housekeeping insisted on waking us up first thing every morning to “service” the room even with a dnd sign. Pretty sure the sheets weren’t changed for 2 weeks! Doors being slammed from as early as 7am! Not the relaxing break I’d hoped for. And forget trying to get poolside. Towels were out first thing and although you often wouldn’t ever see people return to the majority of the loungers, no staff members went round removing them. Pool area is way too small for all guests to enjoy. Wouldn’t return!

Amazing resort at Rhodes
Mitsis Rodos is a beautiful resort , good for families, especially with children, has so much fun, shows, activities to all ages. Food is good and if you aren’t going with children they have smaller restaurants that are really nice, the greek brunch is really outstanding!! Magician show, live music, tennis court. The only point not so good is the beach that is blue , really beautiful but with stones. They have bars on the beach and a pizza station, delicious! It’s worthwhile, go there. Just be careful and rent a car in advance, then you could see all beaches around, and just from the international known companies, like hertz, or from local like extreme, marathon or Rodos cars. Be careful because there are small companies with old and dangerous cars that aren’t reliable like Dimitra cars, really a bad choice.

Brilliant hotel if you want a private beach and have a car to drive around the area. Buffet food was very disappointing,not 5 star and not a lot of choice for main dishes. We did however love the a la carte restaurants, especially the brunch, american and greek.Should give guests the option to visit more than once during their stay. Mostly good service but some staff were really miserable and rude, chatting in greek and ignoring the guests at the bar..great stay but could be even better with a few improvements. Would definitely come back for a few days again.

Enjoyable stay in Kiotari
Pleasant stay and staff was very friendly and happy to assist with any issues or requests. Gardens very well kept but beach needed a bit of tiding up as too many deck chairs/umbrellas attached together. Need to have a solution to prevent guests to place towels early in the morning to get front row. Food was good although main buffet very busy. Greek a la carte was nice but food repetitive so cannot go more than once or twice. Room was spacious although no need to leave extra bed if only two guests are staying. Most balconies in the bungalows are not covered so impossible to enjoy during the day as too hot.

Good hotel but not one that I would stay again
Overall good hotel. Fully all-inclusive - we didn't leave for 8 days. It was a great holiday but the hotel is a bit dated and hence we probably wouldn't return until it was renovated. Pros 1. Big footprint hotel - right on the (pebble) beach and a couple of nice pools 2. Lots of places to get a drink 3. Awesome Pizza on the beach 4. Good al a carte restaurants (needs booking a few days before) 5. Friendly staff 6. Some reasonably priced shops opposite the hotel 7. Decent kids club (but dated) 8. Lot of great entertainment throughout the hotel 9. Easy to get a Covid test prior to departure (Cash only) Cons 1. Check-in was a disaster - we arrived after a long journey in the heat. Given that the only bellboy (for a 400+ room hotel), was busy - I was asked to move all of our bags from the car park to the lobby. 2. No welcome at all (no cold drink, no refreshing towel) 3. Heard a number of people complaining about various things 4. Arrived at the room at 2:30pm and it was dirty (needed 5 phone calls + 1 in person visit over 2 days to resolve) 5. Rooms are dated - no more than 4* Not a good start, but after the initial check in - things were good. 6. Soft drinks were far too sweet (all syrups) 7. At times service was slow 8. Hard to get pool towels and sunbeds at times

Brilliant service at a very cheap price Present for the kids on arriving Fridge full of drinks topped up every 2 days. Room cleaned daily. Staff Brilliant Location quite quiet but on the beach with watersports. Loved the hotel and weather for end of oct was 23 to 27 degrees

Dated but functional rooms. Few things overall that didn't scream five star. Forgetful but friendly service. Dealt with COVID well. Everything needs a bit of a spruce up, start with the pool area, better beds needed. I think it's fair for the price so judge it on that and not the fact it has managed to get five stars.

the best aspect of this hotel is the very good service you get. Staff are well trained, have good manners and they do make you feel special. Both the adults and the children in our party had a fabulous time. The restaurants had a wide choice of food for all tastes. The beach was nice, clean and there was not a single time we did not find an umbrella even at the busiest times. The pools were kept in a good condition and the lifeguards were doing their job which is great to see in comparison to other hotels. The water slides were popular and the children could not have enough of them. The evening entertainment was good most of the nights and it was a must for our children. The room was good, had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were also very good, special thanks to Mrs Tsambika who we think went of her way to help us whenever it was needed. Mr Groumpas was also excellent as well as the other members of the catering team ( unfortunately I cannot remember your names, but we met at least 10 of them). The only areas that could be improved is the children playground that could be enriched, and have more of them in different parts of the hotel. The kids club could benefit with more variety and supervision. We had an excellent time and we are coming back again next year which is something we do not usually do..

The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the a la Carte restaurants for brunch, lunch & dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable and we had a superb sea view. The food was on the whole good and although the drinks were unbranded, were perfectly acceptable. We enjoyed the music on the beach and the various singers in the bars and restaurant. It was a last minute holiday and we hope to visit more Mitsis hotels in the future.

Just returned from the best week away at this place. From arrival everything was incredible; food, drinks, staff, accommodation, beach, pools, service etc. Great for children and the adults get spoilt too. We’ll definitely return and can’t recommend it highly enough. The all inclusive service really is as it says even with a stocked mini-bar and waitress service for drinks in the evening.
