Elias, at the night bar, is friendly and has great energy. Andronik, at the day bar, is fantastically friendly, with sweet, kind energy. The food on-site is pretty good, especially the sushi. Get a sun chair early if it's high season. Overall great place to stay and relax.

Birthday Trip
Had an amazing time! We were even provided a room upgrade which gave us the penthouse and my partner was thrilled. The cleanliness was exceptional and the facilities were very well maintained. Excellent bar and Terra med was amazing too! One thing should be noted is we did book two massages. The spa unfortunately was next to the pool bar. During the massage we could hear all of the conversations and noise from the bar as it was right next to it. Would definitely recommend them to make that a more tranquil environment as the masseuses were amazing!

This was the dream hotel! The staff were amazing, the room was exquisite and the food for the half board menu far surpassed my expectations. We stayed in the room with a private jacuzzi and this was a personal highlight! The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre meaning you are close enough to the lively town but get to retreat to the peace and quiet of the hotel! My partner loved the pool and with it being an adults only hotel, everything was relaxed so we didn’t have the stress about getting up early to get a pool lounger or rushing to not miss breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, you truly will not regret it!

Excellent resort with great breakfast and restaurant. Room is spacious and location is good being not too far of a walk to the beach. Excellent staff who are very friendly and welcoming namely Georgia, Stelios, Eleni, Irene, Androniki. George at the front was very nice and accomodating. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Best hotel this far
The hotel is excellent the staff are very friendly and informative about Rhodes. I enjoyed their pool facilities. The food was tremendous. I stayed in the suite with outdoor jacuzzi the room was very large and the scenery was great.

Great food and entertainment!
We had a wonderful stay. The food is amazing with inventive dishes such as the spicy watermelon salad. The entertainment during dinner was first class. The beach is in walking distance with good bars and restaurants. Thank you to George who helped to make our stay comfortable.

A lovely hotel with a cozy feel. Nice clean spacious room. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Gwirgoss(George) from the front desk, worked with a smile on his face all day and was extremely helpful, he made the stay even more enjoyable

dissapointed in my room
on expedia i booked the loft suite, and when i go to check in to my room, it is not the room i booked not even close. Come to found out the room hasnt even been built yet and everything is nonrefundable and its too late to upgrade to an actual suite and not to mention i didnt even get the complimentary drink i was promised. Its actually a nice hotel with the nice staff, but its false advertising at its finest.

Great stay, staff & food!
Staff were really friendly and the food at the hotel was delicious! It's about a 10-15 min walk from the town centre which was a bit painful in the heat but you can always hire a bike or something to make the journey quicker. The hotel itself is as pretty and peaceful as the photos and they have a live jazz band on Sunday night for dinner which is really nice!

No accommodation was possible
We have been told that our room was affected by the rain and they are not able to accommodate us when we arrived there after 5 hour trip. They could have warned us or contact with us before but they did not. They tried to transfer us to another hotel but there was a huge quality and price difference(very below of our hotel). Staff were not helpful or hospitable.

Beautiful hotel in Faliraki
Extremely friendly staff. The food is excellent, especially on theme nights. Accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable. The island is very interesting with a lot of sights. All in all, a wonderful and rememberable vecation.

Loved the location just south of Faliraki. The staff was nice, we didn't always get the right information but the property is very nice with a nice restaurant and great decor!

Stunning hotel with brilliant staff
We had the most amazing stay here, even including a surprise upgrade for us both to celebrate our anniversary in style! The staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful, ordering taxis and recommending places to go, things to do and eat etc. We cried when we had to leave it was so sad to leave such a wonderful place and group of people. We will be back as soon as possible.

Die Hotelanlage mit Pool ist schön angelegt. Der Frühstückbereich ist sehr angenehm inmitten von Büschen und Bananenbäumen. Das Buffet sehr vielfältig und gut. Was das normale Zimmer betrifft, gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial. Es gibt keine Kleiderschränke, nur ein paar Kleiderbügel, die vollen Koffer bleiben auf dem Boden. Neben der offenen Dusche ist gleich das WC ohne Türe, was gar nicht geht! Es ist schade dass es keine Lounges gibt am Pool wo man sich’s am Abend gemütlich machen kann mit einem Drink

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und engagierte Mitarbeiter, traumhaft leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, gute Zimmer mit Balkon und die Poolanlage hat unsere Erwartungen ebenfalls übertroffen. Parkplätze sind direkt neben dem Hotel vorhanden. Nach Faliraki kann man gut in ca. 10 Minuten reinlaufen. Durch die nicht ganz zentrale Lage, hat man es im Hotel etwas ruhiger. Abends hört man trotzdem etwas von der Musik aus der Stadt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Das Hotel ist schön, allerdings sind die Hotelzimmer sehr lärm durchlässig. Wir wurden aufgrund Bauarbeiten in ein hochwertiges neues Zimmer transferiert (was für uns sehr toll war) leider ist es so, dass die Geräusche vol Privatpool (Wasserfall) bis ganz spät erst ausgeschaltet wird c.a 1-2 Uhr. Man hört den Bewohner oben, wenn er duschen ist oder etwas lauter redet, was auch nicht so toll ist. Unsere Dusche war mitten im Zimmer und hatte ein Glaswand, ziemlicher Hingucker und einladend. Leider war die Duschscheibe undicht, so das man eine Pfütze im Zimmer hatte. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Fazit: wir würden für über 800 Euro für 4 nächste nicht erneut buchen, für den Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Hotels (Suiten) wir waren davor 10 Tage in einem anderen Hotel mit privat Pools (3min mit dem Auto entfernt) hat deutlich weniger gekostet und war für uns als junges Paar deutlich einladender.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im exklusiven Hotel „Kouros Exclus“ zu übernachten und möchte meine außergewöhnlichen Erfahrungen gerne mit Ihnen teilen. Von Anfang bis Ende war mein Aufenthalt einfach unglaublich und ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die moderne Einrichtung, die beeindruckende Architektur und die herzliche Begrüßung durch das Personal versprachen einen Aufenthalt, der meine Erwartungen weit übertreffen würde. Mein Zimmer war hervorragend. Geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet, fühlte ich mich wie in meinem eigenen privaten Rückzugsort. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und ich genoss erholsame Nächte in absoluter Ruhe. Die Aussicht aus meinem Fenster auf den Pool und den Garten war toll. Alle Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich höflich, professionell und darauf bedacht, meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Egal, welche Anliegen oder Wünsche ich hatte, sie wurden prompt und effizient erfüllt. Die Gastronomie im Hotel war ein weiteres Highlight. Das Frühstück war ein Traum mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Auch das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet eine erlesene Auswahl an kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, die selbst die anspruchsvollsten Gaumen zufriedenstellten. Abschließend kann ich sagen, dass der Aufenthalt im Kouros Exclusive ein absolutes Highlight meiner Reise war. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen

Ikke helt som forventet
Renholdet var ikke så bra som vi hadde trodd. Det var tykt med støv på benker og kaffemaskin. I bestillingen sto det at vi skulle få en velkomstdrink, dette fikk vi ikke. Vi var bare en natt på rom med eget basseng. Dessverre var det bare skygge på bassenget vårt da vi måtte sjekke inn kl 15 og ut kl 11. Vi fikk rabattkupong på maten, men denne måtte tydeligvis vises før vi fikk regningen og servitøren var så rask at vi ikke fikk vist den når vi ba om regningen, så den var ubrukelig for vår del. Ellers var det ett flott rom og senga var fantastisk! Hadde renholdet vært bedre hadde vi nok vært mer fornøyd.
