We were greeted by a friendly staff member on arrival and she was extremely helpful. The Old Town area is all around you. So many great little shops and places to eat. We had a port view to top it all off. We can not wait to go back.

This was a great place to stay overnight, having arrived very late and to be able to travel onwards the following day. It is right on the harbour and right by the shops - all the staff were kind and friendly

Location close to everything. Restaurants all within walking distance. Good size room. Bathroom was small. No shower screen which was a pain when showering as water would end up everywhere even when standing in the corner of shower. Bathroom was new but poorly designed. Hotel itself needs a face lift as everything old. Noisy at night as music playing outside and the windows don't seal properly which allows the noise into room. Light curtains also need changing as with old wooden shutters on window doesn't stop morning light from waking you up early.

The staff (especially the lady who worked evenings/nights) are really lovely. The place is a bit dated but for this price, in this location, I couldn’t ask for more. Air conditioning working well, not noisy in spite of relatively busy street, comfortable bed and great water pressure

Perfect location overlooking the port and with the old town just steps away you’re never far from shops and restaurants. Staff were great. Loved the character of the property from the lift to the spiral staircase.

A great hotel. Well located and good value
We stayed at the Konstanipoplis for a single night. We arrived at Corfu Airport on a late evening flight that touched down at 22:20. By 23:10 we had passed passport control (with UK passports so we’re expecting a long queue) collected our bags taken a taxi to the hotel (20euro and very quick) checked in and found our room. We then went for a quick drink in one of the large number of great bars and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is old, 1860 according to the sign on the door. So it’s fair to say it’s traditional. The lift is tiny but works well. The rooms are a little dated in their decor BUT they are spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The bathroom was small but lovely (I guess recently updated). The windows kept any noise out and in the morning with windows open and shutters open we had a great view of the sea/old port The hotel is an easy walk from the Old Town and the wonderfully pedestrian area with bars restaurants and shops starts right outside the hotel. It is a 15 min flat walk to the New Port if, like us, you are catching a ferry All in all this is a great find. It will be our default hotel for good value overnight stays in Corfu Town.

Perfectly Located Hotel for Corfu Old Town
Hotel room was basic but spacious and always clean. Aircon worked well and fridge included. Only downside is room was very noisy in the evening as noise from below restaurants and traffic can be heard till about midnight. A great base if you are planning on being out and about exploring Corfu.

This hotel was ideally situation for the old town and the port, and had a faded charm to it. It is clean, and the showers and air-con are good, but rather shabby. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Very old building, feels old and I don't know how they pass a fire inspection. Good location for the port and the old town- I used the hotel either night of a trip to Albania. Also, not even a 10mins drive from the airport, you could even walk to the airport in 25mins. I stayed on the 3rd floor the 1st time - bathrooms have been modernised, on my return the 2nd floor - bathrooms are old style. I did have a sea view, but the windows and shutters are so old I was scared to keep them open - in case they fell off. No double glazing - so very noisy at night. The worst part about both stays - there's no need for an alarm, the cleaner woke me up both times - literally vacuuming outside my room door before 8am - bonkers.

A Delightful Stay in Old Town Corfu
We recently stayed at the Konstantinoupolis Hotel for one night in March on a layover to Serande, Albania. We found our stay quite pleasing. We picked the hotel partly due to it's location in the heart of Old Town Corfu, Greece, making it an ideal location for us to explore the historic city. It is a quirky hotel with the reception on the first floor (ground is zero). The tiny elevator was just barely big enough for me and our luggage. Our room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. We had a little balcony and a lovely view of the sea. The bed was comfortable and we had a TV, and free Wi-Fi. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's prime location in Old Town Corfu. We enjoyed strolling through the narrow alleys, admiring the city's impressive architecture and exploring the charming shops, cafes, and restaurants dotted throughout the area. We easily found a taxi across the street at the taxi stand to take us to the new port for our ferry to Serande. Expect to pay around 10 Euros. The hotel is old, but kept up. Note that there was music from the restaurant below until nearly midnight during our Friday night stay. Also the sewers in the town are old and expect to use the waste basket for certain papers when using the toilet. Which could be a shock for some. We would stay here again.

I really love the architecture of the building. Very friendly staff. One minor complaint is that the management can not enforce a non smoking policy. A good solution would be to segregate areas or floors between smokers and non smokers. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

The amenities are very basic, for the hot water in the shower had to wait for several minutes. The staff is very pleasant and helpful in providing information. The location is great, walkable distance to all tourists locations, for those that come for religious purposes, cathedral of Saint Spiridon located within 5 min of walk, but must use the map, otherwise, would be lost in all the small streets and " labirinths" around the city. Finding a parking is another issue: first come, first- served, on several occasions had to drive around for 15-20 min in order to find a parking spot.

This is lovely hotel and very convenient for the port and town. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Staff are always helpful and friendly. They’ve not done breakfast since COVID which is a shame. Although are plenty of breakfast places near-by plus an excellent coffee and pastry place just behind.

Good stopover hotel
Staff friendly and helpful allowing us to leave our cases after checking out due to long delay before taking flight home. Great view from 4th floor balcony. Bathroom a little antiquated and small. Close to all amenities. Inexpensive but welcoming.
