I’m really sorry to read that, we didn’t manage to fulfill your expectations. We truly understand your need for relaxation and serenity, however as we are also a family friendly resort, sometimes our small friends can disturb the quietness and tranquility of our hotel. It is true that the main restaurant closes at 22:15, however our a la carte restaurants are flexible and are serving till 23:00 or even later to our guests. Just to mention that we have four a la carte restaurants. The “Xasteria”, our awarded Cretan restaurant located close to the villas area, the “Blue Monkey” a fusion Asian restaurant with direct view to the sea, “Minotaur” our fine dining Italian restaurant and “Lago Di Candia” a steak house. The last two are hosted in the same building which is divided into different rooms. Thank you very much for all your constructive criticism as all the points you have mentioned are important and we take them under consideration in order to proceed to the relevant actions and to avoid similar issues in the future. It’s a pity that I didn’t have the opportunity to meet you in person. As I’m the most of the day in the Resort I’m at all guest disposal 5 minutes from the moment that they will ask me from the reception. I do sincerely hope that you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back at Amirandes, and offer you a holiday experience according to your wishes and preferences.
