Amazing stay, loved every second. However, could improve on the lunch timings - as it is too close to breakfast and too far from dinner which can leave you hungry for a while & the snack options are very limited.

The Akasha Resort, made the reservation a year ago this was our first stay, from the front desk at check in, to check out there were greetings with smiles, even a (hug). Great suggestions for a quick bite, in walking distance, (food was delicious). Our bags were in our spotless room by the time we opened the door. The buffet was delicious and diverse. The service in the buffet, pool, and beach were excellent. We can’t wait to come back and hope to stay longer then 5 days. This is most definitely a 5 star Resort.

This resort is truly excellent. If you are looking for a quiet, clean and picturesque place to unwind then look now further. The facilities provided are of an immaculate standard and the staff couldn’t be any more welcoming and accommodating. I don’t know what you are paying them but they all deserve raise!

Absolutely lovely hotel. Very comfortable areas inside and out. Staff friendly and attentive. Food and drinks good. Can’t fault it, I’ll be going back there, or to another hotel in that group for sure!! Advice….just book all inclusive, it’s well worth it and saves hassle every time you order a delicious cocktail!!

The staff and spa were amazing. The food options however left a lot to be desired. The hotel it’s self was lovely. I would advise try to get a room on the ground or upper levels for a better view as we were on -1 and the view was just of an entrance to the building

Amazing stay
The hotel was really good. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. We are vegetarian and they have arranged a number of vegetarian things for us in breakfast and dinner It was my wife's birthday on one of the days and they have provided the complimentary cake and breakfast within our room just as a surprise Overall it was an amazing experience on staying with this hotel.

The service is not 5* in the slightest. The staff are so rude and arrogant. I have never been spoken to or treated so rudely. Every second during food they would come and ask for a signature which is so disruptive whilst I am eating. We had to pay for our drinks (half board) and every single morning they brought our coffees and teas cold. The food is sub par. If you visit all inclusive places often then you will be disappointed by the choice and quality. My friends paid for full board and even they had to pay for certain drinks and cocktails!!!

המלון היה מהמם מכל הבחינות, הצוות הנקיון והבריכה, ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה מאוד אך ארוחת הערב צריכה שיפור, הזמנו חדר רגיל עם בריכה פרטית והם שדרגו אותו לחדר דזלינג עם נוף לים והבריכה, זה היה מאוד שווה. הבריכה מהממת ומאוד יפה, יש גם הבריכה ליד החוף הזמנו שם מלא אוכל טעים מהבר וישבנו בפרטיות כי אנשים העדיפו הבריכה הראשית, לסיכום הכל היה מושלם והמחיר היה מאוד שווה.

Overall, we had a great experience with the @Akashahotel_Spa, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great, starting with the welcome drink, upgraded our room to sea view with Jacuzzi, perfectly clean room, wonderful decoration and most importantly food, Mr. Nikose (the Service Manager) took almost care by HIMSELF for our food which was cooked separately and gave us new vessels which were used only for us specially. Nikose was always available and help us and supported us in each and every way. We really appreciate his dedication to his work and quality service he provides to the visitors. We give 5 stars and highly recommend @Akashahotel_Spa to all the people from Israel and all over the world.

Das Akasha Hotel ist wirklich ein Traum. Hatte jetzt zum dritten Mal ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich. Vor-Sauson ruhiger als sonst, aber trotzdem wird jeder fündig. Familien, Paare und Alleinreisende für jeden ist etwas dabei. Souvenir-Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Mietwagen sowie Touranbieter keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Restaurants ebenso. Nachtleben ebenfalls unter 10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Wunderschöne Küste zum spazieren mit diversen Stränden in Buchten, kleinen authentischen Tavernen direkt am Strand. Gut gelegen um die Insel zu erkunden (Chania, Rethymno und Kournas-See als Tagestour, Agios Nikolaos oder Heraklion gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar). Jeder spricht Englisch wenn nicht sogar Deutsch in dem kleinen Städtchen sodass man gut zurecht kommt. Das Hotelpersonal war ganz wundervoll, zuvorkommend und hat einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Die Anlage inklusive Pools, Terassen und Aufenthaltsbereiche wie auch Restaurant und Zimmer zu jeder Zeit sauber. Man wurde übersll freundlich empfangen und begrüßt. Danke - Ioanna und Anastasia von der Rezeption bzw. Guest Relations! Es war einzigartig und unbeschreiblich schön, sodass ich gern zurückkomme.
