Central location
Nice hotel nice location close to many restaurants and old town. Pillow was a bit small and not so comfy. I would say this was only issue. Overall ok hotel. Breakfast good.

Staff could be warmer and less "regimental"
Facilities were generally clean even though they could do with quite a bit of sprucing up. Front counter and dining area staff could have treated guests with a warmer attitude instead of behaving so "regimentally" - felt like we were in military quarters at times. Location is good (near Graz town) but parking is limited (the hotel owns a small parking lot across the street that could accommodate less than 10 cars).

Our stay here was great! The hotel is located very lose to the Hauptplatz, many restaurants are nearby as well as public transportation. The rooms were well kept, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Good Location-- nothing else
The receptionist who received us was almost rude. She was in an argument with another employee when we arrived so she ignored us & kept arguing in front of us. I didn't like her attitude. After waiting a bit I had to get her attention & she was not too happy to get herself out of the argument. The room she gave us was so hot & in the sun-- the AC did not work, so I came down & asked her if she could give us another room on the shady side of the building. Again she treated us with a curt answer & said the hotel was fully booked-- nothing else was available. That evening the TV had no sound & the evening receptionist came up to help us. This lady was very sweet & helpful -- a total contrast to the lady who was working there during the day. She tried to fix the TV & offered to give us another room. I was surprised to find out that the hotel had many rooms available & this was verifiedeven by the morning receptionist.. Other than the location close to the historic center & a clean basic hotel- with a very average breakfast, there is nothing to rave about this place. I don't know why Expedia has this hotel on their list.

Zimmer groß, sehr schön und sauber. Frühstück sehr gut. Rezeption nur bis 23:00 besetzt, ungewöhnlich für ein doch recht großes Hotel.

Das wir unsere Rezeption nur bis 23.00 Uhr besetzt haben, ist weil nur ganz selten nach 23.00 Uhr noch viel ist, und es sich daher aus finanzielen Gründen nicht lohnt einen Mitarbeiter extra dafür anzustellen. Wir haben jedoch einen telefonischen Dienst, denn mann in der Nacht erreichen kann, für Notfälle. Unsere Dame ist dann sofort bei den Gästen.

Rekommenderas varmt ‼️
Väldigt omtänksam personal. Duschen kanske i minsta laget. Frukosten fantastisk ! Bara 6-7 minuter till stadens centrum och på samma gata som hotellet ligger finns flera trevliga restauranger. Parkeringen tvärs över gatan- bra.

Séjour à renouveler dans une cité exceptionnelle

Good location.
Great position at the beginning of walking area, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Easy private carpark just opposite the road. Room very basic, ok for one night stopover. Breakfast ok. All together a great choice for the price paid (80 € including carpark and breakfast)

Nice Hotel in the city center!
Hotel really close to markets, main square, pubs, etc. Comfortable rooms and bed, no bar at the room. Nice breakfast

Lage: Top, kurze Wege zu sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten Zimmer: Flop, sehr lieblos eingerichtet, diverse Möbel defekt, Lampe defekt, Fernbedienung für Klimaanlage muss an der Rezeption ageholt werden, Parkplatz vis a vis ist mit 7 Euro die Nacht sehr günstig jedoch sehr sehr eng und nicht sehr praktisch für Kombis! Alles in allem: für ein Kurztrip OK mehr aber nicht!
