The location is perfect, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff service was truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Location was good. The breakfast that was included was excellent. The hotel can work on making the entrance to the hotel more visible. At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel.

I stayed with family for just one night in February 2025. I was ok for a night, but had a very weird entrance, smelly lounge and corridors. The room was ok, brand new, no issues. Having said that pillows were a joke, it looked like new born ones, terrible to sleep on. Breakfast was pretty decent tho. It was a bit pricey for what they've offered. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it was the last resort.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location is excellent, you can walk a few minutes and be at the St. Moritz station. Very close to bus stops also that can transport you nearby. Staff was very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would stay here again without a doubt
