The accommodations were very clean and nice. The area was absolutely horrible. I will never stay here again. Had to change rooms because they couldn’t get the door locked to work. The area is very very very low down. It just isn’t safe thank God I could park my car next to my room for I could watch it Would not recommend this place only because of the area the facility was clean and well cap

Entire door key system failed, and nobody at the property could fix it, so we were unable to get into our room, and had to go to another hotel. And not one word of apology from anyone!

Thank you for your review. I do apologize for the miscommunication on our breakfast. We offer breakfast of 2 cereals as well as granola bars with coffee, tea, apple juice and orange juice.

The heater in the room was on 91 temp it was so hot in there it was hard to breath couldnt sleep because of the heat the floor was very buckled and the room was ped iod ft

The shower did not work and the toilet was not secured to the floor properly. Also there was no blanket on the bed just a sheet and thin bed spread when we asked for a blanket they brought another thin bed spread

Very disappointed
When we got in our room one of the curtains was off the track and just hanging there. The coffee pot didn't work, the shower lever was frozen (couldn't take a bath), and there were cockroaches in our room. We always try to stay at a place where we can get breakfast and the description said there was a continental breakfast - when we went in it was a granola bar! So - we went somewhere else and had breakfast. Definitely would not stay there again.

Shower head was loose. Door wasnt sealed correctly so we saw light all night. Could hear people walking around upstairs all night. Blanket was practically a sheet so we froze.

Bathroom showers need repair
The beds were comfy with nice white linens and pillows and a heater that worked however the shower was unacceptable. The spicket was broken so no water came out, no stream of water to get rinsed off. No pressure. We were told a light breakfast. When we came over in the morning it was totally empty. The front desk told us it was only granola bars and he couldn’t find any that morning to put out. So basically they had some coffee. The people before us had a whole list of issues and the front desk kept saying he could not do partial refunds but could only tell his manager. I think both of us just really wanted him to say he’d MarkThis rooms as unavailable until the bathrooms were fixed

Less than impressed.
I would not recommend this hotel. We are disappointed with how the room was it seemed to be clean but the floor was dirty. The curtains were coming off the rail just hanging. The advertised breakfast was just a muffin, apple and orange juice, and coffee. The coffee was pretty good. So when they advertise as breakfast it really isn't.

This property has been recently renovated and is very nice. My room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. I will stay here from now on when I’m in Grants.

property not worthy of chain title
first room attempt was 88 degrees and the AC was blowing hot. - bed was made but wrinkles as if slept on. Room 2 attempt -key did not work, switched keys and still did not work. 4th attempt - ran out of single bed rooms and charged me a fee for switching room type. Shower did not work in the 4th room

The motel was good. Our only issue was we reserved and paid for a king size bed in a handicap room. When we arrived they had changed us to 2 queen beds. No problem. The room they gave us did not have a ramp for the wheelchair anywhere near the room. We drove around the building, found a handicap parking with a ramp for the sidewalk. However, the room was NOT a handicap room so my husband could not shower the 2 days we were there. Won't go back again.

Bed and room was clean enough, however, the room I was in was in bad condition. The floor in the bathroom was completely buckled and felt like it was rotting beneath it. The floor in general seemed damaged. The drawers were also broken and opened on their own.
