This was a beautiful and clean hotel. Very quiet and safe. Front office staff were kind and professional. The pool area was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again

Clean and spacious room. Bed was comfy.. great shower-super hot water and amazing water pressure. Super friendly staff. Only dislike - it was a bit noisy due to being so close to the freeway.. bring a noise machine if that would bother you..

BEWARE!!!
They had a scammer at the hotel calling rooms like they were calling from the front desk in an effort to steal credit card information from guests. Was one of the employees involved? Who knows? The police showed up. They apparently identified the scammer(s) and "removed them from the hotel." They didn't arrest or prosecute the them for fraud. Interesting.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very outdated. Stains on carpet on couch in suit. Door didn’t lock properly and someone walked into our room. Other then that it wasn’t the worst hotel but it also wasn’t the best. Wasn’t a fan of the 1 elevator for multiple guests especially if they are booked during a wedding.

Would never stay here again.
It took us 3 attempts to get a suitable room. 1st room the door would not shut properly and thus would not lock. The 2nd room was not cleaned and then we were taken to a 3rd room where it was cleaned and the door would lock but that's about the extent of the good visit. It was very loud and random people kept knocking on the door to get in. The hotel was supposed to be secure at 11pm but they never locked the door and I will assume that is where people would come in and try to access rooms. We will never stay in this hotel again and most likely never in this area again.

Basic and good
It was a decent hotel with normal, adequate lodging. The indoor pool is right across the hall from rooms, so I am very happy we did not get stuck in those. The business center is two laptops next to the two seats and one couch in the lobby. The breakfast was abysmal. The housekeeping staff was very nice, as was the front desk staff. It was a clean, nice, comfortable hotel.

Clean hotel overall. Staff was friendly. Rooms are clean but tub area needed cleaning with bleach. Beds are extremely comfortable. This is our third stay at this hotel and would return for a fourth time.
