We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. the room you booked is a standard room. Superior rooms are the only rooms where we have a coffee machine or kettle, so it isn't the category you booked. Perhaps you may have been confused when making your reservation. My colleague probably could not change your room as there were no rooms available at the time as it was a different category. We always try to offer the best solutions to our customers, it is clear that it was a misunderstanding.
