The staff was incredibly helpful at every turn, and very personable and friendly. Carmen was especially friendly and delightful. The property is lovely and well located, but the hotel is also a great value.

It was noisy because we were near the hot tub where people gathered, and along the road with nonstop traffic noise. I left the patio door opened because the air conditioner was not operating, thus the loud outdoor noise.

Comfortable. Confusing. Great location.
Wonderful, welcoming and helpful staff. But the aging and outdated hotel lets them down. Whilst clean and comfortable, the rooms need serious updating. There werent any plugs apart from the one for the TV. The superfluous TV which had zero reception. We got around the plug situation, but just proves it hasnt moved into the 21st century and certainly needs attention. The room we had was most likely not the best on offer. It shared the corridor with the restaurant and a couple of toilets which smelled a little. Seriously, the staff were great. The hotel was good for a night. But just need to manage the expectations! Excellent location with parking for €20/day.

Clean and staff very nice and helpful. I upgraded to a suite it was bigger than the regular room but it did not have a shower or dresser of some sort for my clothes I had to put them on the bed.

Good hotel and friendly staff, very clean and well located. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it's not well sound proofed, and the room stays very humid after a very short shower.

Grenada 5 star. Hotel ungraded
Receptionist lovely. Four star hotel 50 years ago. Main area and corridor ok. Room poor. Shower was loose on wall and the shower head should have been replaced 30 years ago. Breakfast was buffet hot things were Luke warm at best. I have never had such a shameful breakfast. Would return to Grenada will never stay at this hotel or recommend it. It requires a total upgrade and the cook sacking.

The hotel is dated and is a 20 minute walk out of the centre. The parking is a joke, and a long distance from the hotel and an extra €15.

Hotel Los Angeles was rather run down. In my room the furniture paint was very chipped. The safe didn’t work and was unable to be fixed. Light bulbs in both the bedroom and bathroom not working. The hairdryer cut out after about 30 seconds. The shower was very weak and unable to be height adjusted. The bed was comfortable and the room generally clean. My fridge was unplugged one day by the cleaner while I had things inside. Breakfast wasn’t very appetising and after seeing someone pick something up taste it then put it back we decided to eat breakfast outside the hotel from then on. The spa was nice and I enjoyed the spa circuit and a scrub and massage.

Very enjoyable stay
We requested a balcony overlooking the mountain which was a spectacular view and provided us with a great view of the whole skyline, lending itself to fabulous sunrise/ sunsets. The double bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The amenities were decent and staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had an excellent stay, although I would note that the pool is not heated and is therefore quite cold. The shower pressure/ functioning of the shower could also do with improvement. The snack bar left a lot to be desired however it did the job in providing basic sandwiches and crisps, which were also pleasant enough.

This hotel is an older hotel. It’s clean and affordable, but I would stay closer to city center on a next visit. Walking to city center is about 35 - 40 minutes.

Surprised, but not pleasantly
Slight smell of drains on entering the room. Shower head could not be fixed to the wall, and a pair of dirty socks were discovered on moving the curtain. Breakfast was plentiful, but lacking in taste, coffee from machine was undrinkable. Reception staff, were helpful, but overall disappointing experience.

Excellent value for money and a really lovely place to stay. We read some of the reviews and were apprehensive as they seemed to imply it was a bit shabby. We found it had a lovely interior and exterior- yes a slightly faded chic interior but we loved it. Our bedroom was on the 6th floor, had fantastic views from our balcony- huge comfortable bed. All the staff we met were great especially the lady running the bar. Pool was a pleasant place to sunbathe. Breakfast was Ok. There was no English TV but then we didn’t come to watch tv.

Not 4star standard & should warn about noisy kids
The 1st room we were given was not what we booked, double with balcony overlooking pool, we got double with terrace with wall around, air conditioning & fridge didn’t work, furniture very shabby, bathroom dated & loose,dirty grout, changed rooms to over pool but was told very noisy because of school children staying, was still not double but family room, we excepted it until the bathroom flooded when showered, so changed again. There wasn’t snackbar, poolside bar has advertised & restaurant was not open, except breakfast, bar only open 4pm to 10pm, Breakfast was poor, hot items were cold, not kept on hotplates, hotel also allowed school children to run around screaming until well past midnight Overall the hotel was not as advertised & certainly not a 4star standard & think they should warn about noisy children before hand

NOT even close to being a spa hotel
I booked this for the family as a night away while holidaying in Malaga and I have to say it was not well represented on Hotels.com. It specifies a Spa, an indoor pool, a bar and even valet parking and it looks amazing BUT…in reality the bar is not open so no food or drink, the spa is only open for a couple of hours and there was no indoor pool and in fact they seem to host hundreds of teen school children who were screaming an shouting and jumping from balcony to balcony until 2am (not an exaggeration) the room was clean and the chap at reception was very nice but clearly overwhelmed. I never really leave reviews but felt I should in this case just due to how disappointing it was. On the plus side, Granada is fantastic and this hotel is pretty central.

Great place for money
Beautiful property. A little far from center but still walkable and quiet. Everyone very nice and has a great breakfast $10. Also has a small bar and meeting area for drinks or coffee

Stay away. Better hotels close by.
Thin walls. Halls echo. Be aware you won’t get good sleep. Beds hard as rocks, old and slanted frames and mattresses. A few of the service staff are xenophobic. Breakfast is cold no matter the hour. Pool is unheated. Exorbitant parking fees. Due to the aforementioned shortcomings one imagines their $100 a night charge is due to the proximity to the Alhambra, however keep in mind The Alhambra is still a 20 minute uphill endeavor.

Gr8 location... Spacious... Clean... However, for some reason in Spain bathroom doors do not lock and if you are sharing a room in a group trip, it may be a problem... Also parking is extra and ONLY valet style... No freedom to park and go as you want... Not a nuisance really, but for some it may be. Other than that it was excellent.

Tired hotel
Very tired hotel, shower water continually went from scolding to freezing. Had to ask for correct amount of towels and toiletries. Parking expensive. Spa expensive and tired, some things broken.Outdoor area not cleaned at all even though warm and sunny days.

We loved our room! We booked a double room and ended up with what seemed like an apartment! The bed looked king size, there was a large and spacious corridor inside the room connecting to the ensuit with a jacuzzi! The spa facilities were amazing and the location was walking distance from the centre and Alhambra. Overall very impressed with this hotel and I definitely recommend it! Great experience!

Had a horrible experience, the hotel staff removed my hair conditioner and clarins facewash on my 2nd day with no explanations and told me to go to the supermarket or is there a possibility I didnt have these items (please I'm a girl with long hair - conditioner is a staple!!!) on day of check out they removed all our belongings hand bags, gifts, food, love island water bottle etc. This was noticed when my hubby went to take a shower and he came back saying our room door was wide open and all of our stuff was gone. At first the staff were very blaize about the whole situation I did complain to the manager who told me that the items were removed as the cleaners thought we'd checked out. This has never happened before to me i found it traumatic to say the least. It was so upsetting I think the hotel need to make sure this doesnt happen again to anyone. I got no compensation as I had already paid for the rooms. Our food was disposed of and my water bottle was empty when our goods were returned so I really dont think the maid or whoever were going to give us oir stuff back seeing as though they had already started distributing it.
