The property is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of noise from other guests but this is no reflection on the property. My only little negative is the shower soaked the bathroom floor and limited amount of hot water for 2 guests.

Great people, clean, great location
The staff were excellent throughout. Friendly and accommodating. And when my bag was stolen someone came out of hours to give me a new key. Highly recommend and I would stay again.

Liked its location close to beach and shops. Good for a city break. Hostess was superb in every way. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10 even throughout the public area and reception. Would like to have more ventilation as the bedrooms were stuffy. Not a great view from balcony but this is a city apartment.

Lack of replenishing of toiletries Misleading re the jacuzzi. I thought we had booked that facility but told on arrival that wasn’t the case. Very disappointing

The apartment block appears fairly new and is situated a short walk from the beach although you can’t see the sea from the apartments. The apartment was very clean and well maintained and during our visit the cleaners did an excellent job. The Lounge/kitchen area was quite small and the settee not very comfortable. The television had a range of Spanish channels but only two in English, both American news broadcasters. A big positive about the Valentina Beach complex is the quality of service provided by the reception staff from checking in to checking out. A special mention must go to Julit who is exceptional. Whatever you ask her she will try to help and she is prepared to give as much of her time as you need. This lady is a credit to her employers. Overall this apartment was as advertised and good value for money. For us we would just have liked a bigger living area and a quieter location.

Even though there was no AC the room was fantastic for a party of 1. I really appreciated that personal numbers were given incase i needed anything and someone was not at the desk. Super friendly up to date and loved all the energy saving details of the room

Veldig fint opphold. Familie på 5, med 3 barn. Suite, 2 dobbeltsenger pluss sovesofa stue (plass til 2). Mye finere enn på bilder. Stor terrasse, med oppvarmet boblebad. Litt harde senger. Litt lytt fra leilighet over. Alt i alt meget fornøyd. Kort vei til strand, park, akvarium, teknisk museum.

Bra boende. Underbar jacuzzi när den fungerar.
Fin lägenhet. Välstädat. Tyvärr funkade inte jacuzzin. Trevlig personal som försökte hjälpa oss, men fick inte upp värmen. Istället fick vi tillgång till en jacuzzi i grannlägenheten andra kvällen. Fräsch och härlig jacuzzi! Hoppas att de kompenserar oss för första natten då jacuzzin var anledningen till att vi valde senior suite. Läget på lägenheterna är perfekt 5 min från strandpromenaden. Tack!

Junior suite som virket ganske ny, rent og pent. Stor innebygget terasse hvor det også kom ned litt sol et par timer om dagen. Et lite kjøkken med to kokeplater og mikrobølgeovn fungerte bra for å lage småretter når man ikke ville spise ute på en av de mange restaurantene på Las Canteras promenaden et kvartal unna (5 min).

Läget är jättebra med närheten till stranden och strandpromenaden runt hörnet. Städning var tredje dag, infaller den på en söndag så blir städningen på måndagen. Rummet är för 4 personer, men jag skulle aldrig vilja ligga på den så kallade bäddsoffan. Dubbelsängen mycket hård, men passade mig som gillar hårda sängar. Det fanns både kaffebryggare, brödrost och vattenkokare annars sparsamt med köktillbehör. Det fanns ingen ordentlig kökskniv bara små böjbara typ fruktkniv. Mycket buller utifrån speciellt fredag och lördag då det ligger barer runtom. Men i det stora hela så okej.

Inget att anmärka på förutom kuddarna i sängen. De bör betraktas som (knappt) dekorativa. Lär komma tillbaka men då med egen kudde i bagaget. I övrigt ett toppenläge med en bra mix av shopping och fantastiska restauranger/barer.
