Dear Jeannete, I am surprised to read this review because the situation and your experience in the Hotel was not as you mentioned it. Yes its true that you had some problems turning on the AC in your room, it was not because it didn’t work it was because you wanted the room in a temperature less than 18º Grad and that’s not possible, to make your stay more comfortable we lend you a portable AC (not a FAN as mention). You wrote also about the distribution of the room, this type of bathroom and organization you can see it before making a reservation with us. I also don’t understand the comment about the windows, you had 2 big windows (3 meters) in your room. In Sercotel Puerto Luz we do have a Restaurant that is open every day during the week and offers a healthy daily menu, this Restaurant opens till 15:00, because your arrival was around 17:00 you didn’t see it open. I am really sorry you didn’t feel comfortable at our Hotel but we did ask you at the check out if you had any comments about your stay: you and your husband seemed to see happy and didn’t told us any of the points you are mentioning in this review.
