Great hotel. The reception manager was a little rude and not welcoming at all during check in. Alba the night receptionist was great though. Bar staff and waiters were fantastic.

Relocated to a different hotel!
I was relocated to Labranda Playa Bonita hotel close to the Labranda Bronxe Hotel. Hotels.com should at least have informed me for this change!!! No answer even after contacting them... The experience at the Labranda Playa Bonita was great though!

Pleasant stay
Excellent hotel only spoilt by not cleaning down pool area of a morning and the area opposite the hotel was just awful which can't be helped. One lady on reception was miserable but everyone else was lovely especially entertainer and restuarant staff.

Hotel location good for beach. But surrounding area seems a bit run down. Pool area was fine but lacks good facilities for kids. The bar area was poor and could do with a refit. The food was a bit samey with many things not being identified. Overall no better than average experience

Nothing was too much from hotel staff . It was my girlfriend's birthday while we were there they put a bottle of bubbly in our room as they check all passports to see if anyone stopping has a birthday a nice touch . Visited sister hotel to use spa facilities

Excellent hotel offering great rooms and location
The hotel is on a good location close to nightlife and beach. Rooms are large with modern furnishing and a pleasent pool area. With all inclusive offering it represents good VFM. Would definatly recommend.

Updated hotel but no parking
This hotel is within walking distance to Playa del Ingles beach and has been updated but it is clearly set up for the package tour crowd. We arrived in our rental car and were surprised to find that the hotel had zero parking, not even to unload your bags. We were there over the Easter break peak week and parking on the street was very hard to come by. We spent 15-20 minutes searching for a parking space every time we moved our car and then even more time walking back to our hotel. The hotel facilities had been renovated so things looked very fresh. The all-inclusive buffet was OK but got old pretty quickly. We did enjoy the self service beer and wine though. The wifi was very spotty and slow.

Very disappointing!
Don't be fooled - this hotel is nice and clean but, in my opinion, comes no-where near to being a four star hotel (at least in comparison to others I have stayed in). In particular, the food is VERY disappointing: samey, over-cooked - especially meat and fish), and totally uninspiring. Having paid for all inclusive, we ate elsewhere 5 of our seven nights there.

Very nice stay! Very likeable and always smiling personnel and high standards in environments and food! We stayed with half board and the only little note is about the drinks at dinner that are not included (not even soft drinks and water that have to be payed on the side). Highly recommended!

Nice hotel with a few issues
Nice hotel and attentive staff overall, needs to be more flexible with it's rules though, when it rained there was not adequate seating for evening entertainment. Showers were also poor with waterflow and temperature very temperamental. We were told this was being worked on and saw some plumbers unfortunately it was not resolved during our stay. Ruth the new general manager was very helpful and working hard to make improvements where needed. The 2 drinks rule from the bar slowed service a lot and seemed pointless at an all inclusive, should be more flexible. The food generally was very good quality and changed each night so didn't get repetitive, they need to sort out their sausages at breakfast though (1 day it was proper sausages, other days frankfurters which don't belong at breakfast!) Room was clean and the cleaners did a good job each day, everyone seemed to work hard there. Would recommend the hotel and consider staying again, once improvements are made it could be very good, poor showers were the biggest issue.

Modern and clean hotel with great facilities
The hotel has been renovated and done up to a great standard. It was a lovely place to stay. The food was good but not a great variety, I think this is the only thing that lets the hotel down. The desserts are tasteless and just taste sweet. The salads are really good and you can eat healthily quite easily. The other mains are not that great but you'll find something to eat.

En general muy bien, sobre todo por la atención del personal y por la limpieza. La únicas pegas que puedo poner al hotel son detalles, como las paredes en gotelé, los pasillos envejecidos quedan acceso a habitaciones y puertas desencajadas de la misma habitación.

Para repetir!!
Ha sido todo perfecto.empezando por la limpieza que ha sido buenisima, como la amabilidad del personal de recepcion y sobre todo el buffet, atentos en todo momento de recoger y limpiar mesas, reponer comida y buena variedad de comidas. La piscina y zonas ajardinadas estupendas y a 10 min andando de la playa aunque este en el cerro pero hay ascensores para bajar muy cerca. La habitacion es muy amplia, moderna, con salon a parte con sofa cama, todo reformado y el baño y terraza estupendos. De 10. La playa del ingles es un paraiso ya que se une con la playa de Maspalomas donde estan las Dunas.

Bongiorno Alessandro, Gracias por la visita en Labranda Bronze Playa. Sentimos mucho que al parecer no hemos podido cumplir sus expectativas. Habitaciones vista calle suele tender a tener ruido. El hotel se encuentra en el centro de Playa del Ingles. En el almuerzo y en la cena siempre hay dos clases de pescado, una en salsa, la otra a la plancha. Es una pena que no lo ha visto. Ihan kiva paikka. All inclusivessa kattavasti erilaisia viinoja. Ruoat hyviä. Henkilökunta todella mukavaa. Sängyt kovia ja seinät paperia eli siitä pieni miinus. Sijainti tosi hyvä.

In winter time there are not many children in the hotel and it is correct that we do not have a special entertainment for children. It is strange to read that our staff is not friendly. Dear valued guest, Thank you for your visit and taking your time to give us a feedback regarding your stay. We want to apologize that it seems there was no soap in the room. Usually there is shampoo and showergel in the dispensers and you have one dispenser with soap. Breakfast opens at 8.00 , but on departure day or if you go on an excursion ,you can make a reservation for early breakfast at our reception the day before and then you can have your breakfast from 4.00 a.m in the morning .It is a pity you did not ask me or our reception desk.
