“The views from this hotel are an entertainment in themselves ---- just sit and watch the work go by”

Great location --- the tallest building in the city and located at the narrowest point of Las Palmas city. Ask for a room from 12th floor up, great little touches, minibar free, coffee and pastries available in the lounge and free water available at the pool. The location of the pool is stunning ---- on the roof 25 floors up!! --- Astounding views over the city, two bays and the harbour.

“Good, hotel - ression”

The airline was better than expect, the hotel was excellent. The area and beach was great... But many of the bars and all the clubs were shut and closed down. Meaning an expensive taxi drive to another part of the island for decent night life.

“Excellent Stay, Great Location, Fantastic Views!”

This hotel is great! I had a fantastic view of the harbour from the 17th floor and all rooms have a balcony which is also amazing. The room size was good and the bathroom, although a little small, had an amazing shower. The room was immaculate every day and the mini-bar is included in your tariff so you always have a beer to greet you in the afternoon and there is also bottled water and soft drinks. This is a first for me (outside of all inclusive hotels). As soon as you close your balcony door, there is silence which is great if you 're a light sleeper. The rooms have blackout blinds if you need them so you can really get a good night's sleep. The staff were fantastic, they all spoke English well and accommodated my every request. The gym & rooftop pool are very well maintained and very clean. The hotel suppies beach towels for a $10 deposit that is refundable when you return the towels. They will change them over as many times as you need. The location is amazing - 2 min walk from a shopping mall which you can see easily from your balcony. Also you are 3 mins walk from the waterfront. On the way to the waterfront there is a Spar Supermarket where you can get everything you need including alcohol. I had an amazing stay and will stay there in my next trip.

“Amazing place, perfect chill out break!”

I loved this hotel, it was rally good. A great location and a great room. It was big, clean and airy with a nice balcony. The room was cleaned daily and the bathroom was lovely too. I will definitely go back very soon. Only problem was my travel partners constant snoring....

“Hotel: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain”

The hotel is so easy to find and has simply a superb location with everything you need so close to it. Its look from the outside is perhaps a little bit strange but DO NOT let that put you off as it is so modern inside and fitted out to a very high specification, everywhere is clean and tidy and the staff are so friendly and keen to help you all the time it is in Santa Catalina which is right next to Las Palmas only about 5km so if you are getting the bus from the airport it is only 2.5 euros and takes about 25 minutes but remember to get off at Santa Catalina which is about 7 minutes from Las Palmas and once you come up out of the bus station you see the hotel as its 4 minutes walk away. You get a fridge in your room which is stocked daily at no cost to you, 2 beers and the other 10 items are made up of water and soft drinks which is a really good idea, and there are also fridges of water at the swimming pool and fitness centre where you can just help yourself anytime. There is a swimming pool and sun terrace on the roof (25th floor) which is a great little place to chill out at. The beach is only 10 minutes walk and you can’t get lost finding it plus there are lots of places to eat and drink everywhere, there is a marvellous square full of cafe bars and shops and it’s a great place to eat and drink, all the people are friendly and welcoming to visitors. Use the bus service as you can travel all over the island for only a few euros; prices in general are very cheap.

“A 25-storey hotel in Las Palmas.”

A central hotel well located with splendid views over the port and civic squares, and about 5 minutes walk from the famous beach on the other side of the isthmus. There are many local bar/restaurants in the vicinity, and the Gran Canarian people seem to be universally welcoming. I hope I can stay there again next Christmas. Travellers' tip: Taxi from airport costs about Euro 35, but at fifteen minutes past the hour the express bus #"Global", blue# leaves for Plaza Santa Catalina #five minutes from hotel# and costs Euro 2.95 per person. Pay on bus.

“GREAT HOTEL”

Very freindly staff, very clean and tidy rooms, excellent views of the city from room balconies, good location, now the downside, very expensive restaurant, very expensive breakfast so try and book all inclusive, apart from that, great hotel and facilities, if your looking for a quiet relaxed holiday this would be the place, las canteres beach within walking distance , amazing beach.

“Great views of Las palmas”

Great non tourist feel to the hotel with the vast majority of guests being spanish for a few nights out in town or here on business. Be good for business or pleasure. Location is fantastic in the nicest area of town, next to the park and very close to the city beach. The rooms are not massive but nicely contempory, modern and all have balconies. The free mini bar with water, soft drinks and a couple of beers are well received. The rooftop swimming pool has the best views and highest in town but surrounded by glass it does get hot. This just tempts you to the beaches less than a minutes walk away.
