"The staff at check in were excellent , I requested a ground floor room due to being temporary movement difficulties, was asked if preferred shower over bath or walk in , again due to temporary difficulties the walk in shower was ideal. We had a room in the new extension which was brilliant even the TV was one of the best in size for a hotel bedroom we have seen. Only one negative during our stay was shortly after check in and sitting at the main entrance the duty manager decided to give a member of the checkin staff a roasting for whatever , our daughter like myself has managed large teams and in no way would we talk to a member of staff in front of others the way the lass had to endure even worse in front of guests.
