"We stayed at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport for one night after our cruise and had a great experience overall. We arrived around 11 AM and couldn’t officially check in until later, but the hotel stored our luggage for free and we were able to get into our room around 2 PM.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Housekeeping was very quick to bring extra towels and washcloths when we called.
I want to give a special shoutout to Gigi, one of the security officers. An elderly member of our group needed wheelchair assistance, and Gigi quickly stepped in to help. She escorted her to her car, was incredibly kind, and provided outstanding customer service.
The hotel is also within walking distance of Denny’s, which was a great option for a more affordable breakfast.
A couple of minor downsides: because it’s so close to the airport, you can definitely feel and hear the planes taking off and landing. Also, the laundry facilities felt outdated and still require coins. There is a coin machine and ATM available, but a modern card or app-based system would be much more convenient.
Overall, the clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, and excellent service made this a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through LAX."
"The hotel is a little outdated, nothing lux or modern, but still the room and bathrooms were very clean, spacious and well lit. The location was perfect for us and easy to drive to. The staff were super friendly and helpful with us during our stay. Only thing I didn’t like about our room were the pillows that felt very hard and bulky, the safe in our room didn’t work so we didn’t use it, and the first night we barely slept because the room above us was SO loud and disturbing like they were moving furniture/fighting all night long, very annoying, also the hotel is literally besides the freeway and a few blocks away from the airport so obviously a lot of noise day and night.
I would 100% come back though and I do recommend it :)"
"We stayed at the Biltmore Los Angeles for two nights. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to 1) a subway station and 2) good restaurants. We did request no room cleaning, which was fine. Our room had a king bed, as requested, and it was comfortable. Even though we were on the eighth floor, sounds from the street wafted up frequently. The only bad component of the room was the TV remote, which had a low battery or faulty keyboard that prevented easy selection of channels.
The bill or guest information was a revelation: a daily $39 destination fee that “included” WiFi access, health club access, domestic pkone calls, and daily credits for food and dry cleaning. We did not use any of these except for the WiFi. The valet parking cost $70 per day."
"Delphi is clean, well maintained and neat. It's just time for upgrades and renovations to the rooms to match the vibes of the lobby and dinning/bar areas."
