"Great hotel with very helpful staff who are all friendly and smiley. Rooms clean, comfortable and a wonderful multi-head power shower. Excellent hot & cold breakfast buffet service. Excellent value for money. Concierge service was outstanding. There is a self-service baggage trolley which we could use to load and unload bags and wheelchairs quickly into taxis waiting outside on yellow lines. They even kept my luggage for my return with a rental car to load into. Definitely old school service. I'd definitely return. Only downside is not being able to get through to anyone at the reception desk."
