I loved the location. Close to all the shops and restaurants. My only disappointment was the waffle maker wasn’t working due to a lack of batter. I hope they didn’t just put a sign there because there was a bus fu Of school kids. That by the way were very well behaved

The Inn was clean and well run with friendly staff. Breakfast Buffet was EXCELLENT. Great location; walkable to most restaurants, stores and attractions.

not luxury, pillows were not comfortable, but otherwise a pleasant property in a great location. We walked to a place to eat, walked to Jenny Wade house next door, walked to the square. Right next to the battlefield as well.

The property was clean and staff very nice. Our room had an air unit that should have been serviced as it made a very loud noise every time it turned on and the noise continued until it shut off. Would have been noticeable to cleaning staff and should have been fixed before room was rented.

Just as appliances have issues at your home that you can't predict it happens here as well. Our maintenance crew took care of the problem in a quick and efficient manner. I am certain that if the unit was making a loud noise before you arrived the housekeeping staff would have notified the maintenance staff.

Nice hotel, staff friendly, good free hot breakfast, and close to everything in town. Only thing we didn't like was the flat pillows. We asked for additional but they were the same thing.

This hotel was everything advertised and more. Its location is perfect to see the sites in Gettysburg and you can walk to town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and good. The room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely a place to stay if you are visiting the area.

Check in was super easy and professional. Coffee available in lobby. Loads of parking. Clean. Bathrooms in lobby clean. We were on the backside, 5th floor. Lots of trollies available for bags. Our room was nice. Bathroom beautiful clean and no mold. Beds are smaller than Queen (think more full sized or double). Bedding is super thin (thankfully I had a sleeping bag in the car). There was carpet on the floor (personally dislike). Room super clean but smelled strongly of old smoke. Otherwise great stay. very quiet. Slept great. Teens loved free breakfast. Coffee always available. Beside carpet (personal choice) smell of old cigarette smoke and thin blankets - everything was great. Will stay again. So close to battlefield and lots of shops. Easy walk into town.

Rooms are very clean and the property is very close to the center of town. Only thing I didn't like is the bed sheets are really thin, I like thick blankets so was a little tougher sleeping with only a thin sheet covering me.

The room looks clean. Plenty of fluffy towels and the shower water pressure is strong. While the bed is comfortable enough the sheets and coverlet could be upgraded as they are thin. I checked under the fitted sheet as I always do at hotels and I saw a couple strands of possibly dog hair. I like animals but I do not want their hair. The breakfast is average but sufficient however the coffee is a little weak. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. It was raining during our stay and the traffic was very loud as our room faced the front. Ask for rear facing room if you want more quiet. All in all it was a decent stay and good value.

In checking our records we found that the room you were assigned to has not had a pet in it since January. Each pet room is thoroughly cleaned after they check out. It is very strange that you would have found any pet hair in the bed. That room has been rented several times since January. As for our FREE breakfast, we have a huge selection and as you can see from past reviews folks love it. We grind our own coffee beans. We realize that we can't please everyone. And for future reference, there are several restaurants within walking distance to the hotel if by chance you can't find anything to your liking on our FREE breakfast offering.
