"After two weeks and Austria, this hotel is rooftop restaurant provide us us the only relaxing dinner in the country. The Austrians push push push you to order and eat, but not here. They offer very few incidentals in the room, I had to go ask at the front desk for body lotion. Their robes were like sandpaper and we could not wear them. A lady in the breakfast area was hollering at me because I was showing THEIR staff where to find the decaf coffee which was in a lower cabinet. Absolutely...

"Our room was very clean and remodeled well. We were only staying one night so we booked the cheapest king bed room. This room #24 was an attic room which had no windows except for two skylight window on the ceiling. Didn’t have screens and it rained that evening, so we closed them. "The staff was amazing and helpful. We were late for an excursion due to heavy delays coming from Prague and the women at the front desk called for us. Elevator was broken while we were there but fixed luckily before we had to check out. Rooms a bit dated. Shower tiny even for European standards. Great location for walking around Salzburg and getting to popular spots. "
