9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (198)
"Beautiful old building tastefully done up with a lot of flair. My bed was up some stairs from a lovely sitting area and all in a wonderful high ceilinged room with large window. Delicious breakfast across the way in sister hotel Palazzo Grillo. Staff went to huge trouble to make stay comfortable, booked a restaurant and then communicated with me via What's App. Overall excellent for both comfort and service. On a week's trip to Italy, this was by far the most comfortable bed."

"Talk about value for money! A very nice 3 bedroom B&B with a roof terrace in the Old Town of Genoa. Large, modern and clean rooms. Excellent service and a friendly and service minded owner. It is on the 4th floor without elevator, so you have to walk up the 105 steps! But it is worth it."

3.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (116)
"I found the hotel to be satisfactory. It is a bit on the older side but I think that's the case for anything in Genoa. Front desk staff was nice. Overall it was a good stay. I'd stay there again. When you are looking for the hotel look for Hotel Nuovo Nord on the main road. The street is right across from it. Check out Pizzeria La Superba which close by. Great pizza!"
