We arrived to a short queue of two families ahead of us at reception. The wait took about 20 minutes. The chap at reception was doing his best but he was the only person there.
When we eventually got to our room we wanted to quickly give the children some supper and a bath and get them into bed, as we had an early start the following morning. There was no plug for the bath, and the microwave’s plug didn’t fit the socket, with no adaptor present. We called reception and waited for them to bring the bath plug and adaptor but no one came. I rang again 20 mins later. In the end had to go down to reception to get the adaptor and was told they didn’t have a bath plug yet, but that someone would bring one. In the end we gave up waiting and put the children in the shower. Someone did come eventually, with another adaptor but no bath plug!
Also both USB sockets and the hairdryer were broken.
In the morning we wanted to get the first shuttle bus to the airport at 4am. There were about 30 people that wanted to do the same, but we arrived at the departure point in the first 10. The driver arrived late and people tried to queue barge. Luckily we did manage to get onto the first bus but people were definitely trying to queue barge. The driver should have been there in advance so that he could have got the first people on the bus, loaded the luggage, and left at 4. We ended up leaving just before 4.10.
Overall the hotel is fairly shambolic and we would not recommend at all.
