Property parking was not convenient and instructions for.parking were not clear. Instructions for HVAC system and television were also difficult to discern and required staff assistance. Americans use ice in their drinks and it was NOT AVAILABLE. The bartender did not want to provide more than a cupfull. WE ARE USED TO ICE BUCKETS

Was there for work. They don’t do early checkin unless you pay. There were some socks under the table that were not mine. The running machine in the gym was not working, but they didn’t know about it. Otherwise it was fine. The elevators were quick and the heating was fine.

The hotel is clean and it is at an affordable rate. That said, I was informed by the check-in staff that the hotel did not have a restaurant, which is a massive inconvenience given that the hotel is far from any restaurants (though the local tram system is amazing). Also, the hotel has no mini-bar nor vending machines on phones. While I don't typically use either as they are overpriced, this is inconvenient if you're desperate for something to eat or drink. On a final note, the water bottle that was provided when I first arrived, was not replaced daily.

From a sat nav perspective the hotel is not easy to find. There are a few hotels serviced by a very large and excellent underground car park. However, it is not obvious that the carpark is for the hotels and there is no sign to indicate the hotel names. Once you realise that the car park services the hotels then the rest is awesome.

Easily accessible from the airport, lovely helpful staff, comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. Food was excellent. Gym not available during my stay was the only downside.

Perfect hotel for those going to Palexpo! The hotel is perfectly located between Palexpo / airport and the center of Geneva. There was a free shuttle bus to Palexpo just around the corner from the hotel. Subway/Tram down to the city centre, 300 meters to the right of the hotel. Perfect! The hotel is almost new. The rooms are modern, with good beds, good air/AC in the room. Great bathroom and shower. Practical with a safe and fridge in the room. Very nice and service minded people at the reception. I would strongly recommend this hotel to people who are going to experience the fair at Palexpo, but who also want to go down to the city center and use public transport. We would love to come back.

Beautiful hotel, modern and new. cool design, quite rooms and discrete. Restaurant and bar also good with a good variety of drinks and food. They should inform that parking is available under the building. not sooo cheap but public and hotel accessible from parking. Perfect
