Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.

Nice hotel
Hotel Longmalle is very nice overall. We initially found our room a bit small, but grew to like it. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The common areas are beautiful, especially the restaurant where we had breakfasts and one lunch, and the lobby. Outstanding food. Pleasant staff. Recommended.

Hôtel Longemalle is a great short stay option in Geneva, close to the shops and attractions and only a 10 minute walk to the closest beach front where you can relax when the weather is hot. The breakfast has a good selection and the Lebanese restaurant is great and a place you should definitely book before your stay as it can become very busy. The rooms are spacious enough with plenty of storage, the mini bar should have small milk capsules and tea bags as black coffee only is a little limited for a hotel of this class.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was super friendly. The location is perfect. Parking was easy. The look and feel of the hotel is very elegant. We had a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Everything was amazing. Can't wait to come back.

Average and over priced for the service levels
Room was lovely but very small and very hot. Despite asking 3 times over the 2 night stay to fix the air conditioning this was not fixed and zero communication. Also breakfast being closed at 9.55am on a Saturday morning is poor for such an expensive hotel (we were told breakfast to 10.30am at check in.. which is quite early anyhow!). Overall the operation of the hotel needs to improve - especially at the price charged where I expect it to be perfect.

The hotel's facilities are limited and not as listed online. The gym is not actually part of the hotel, it is offsite at another location. The rooms are way too small and mattresses are too soft as if they are very old. Certainly not a hotel to share a room with anyone.

Our room did not have a safe or a mini ref or coffee as advertised. (Room 310) In the morning, we wanted to use the gym. The staff provided us with a key card to access the gym which is located about a block away. When we got to the gym, it was closed. It did not open until 9am. We wish they would have told us that and not have given us the access key instead of wasting our time. The cleaning staff was wonderful, and so was the location. Unfortunately the bad overshadowed the good this time. We can’t help but feel ripped off. We are also hotels.com gold members- at the very least, we expected to get the room and services we paid for.

What a delight! We picked out the hotel years before walking by. It has the best location and street appeal. The interior is stunning. We were even serenaded as we drank champagne on the balcony of our room.

Expected it to be nicer to be honest. Room is quite nicely laid out but the sheets had minor stains (looked like make up) and the carpet was also quite stained. The room was clean however. Mini bar and room service selections were decent. Room service pretty quick too. Not sure why you have to call reception for a bathrobe? I did this and was asked to come down as there was only 1 person on reception - not ideal so I didn't bother in the end. Wouldn't rush to return but it is conveniently located which is definitely a plus compared to others in Geneva.
