Great proximity to the airport for early departures. While the hotel is very clean and the bathrooms have been updated, the cabinetry and furnishings are pretty tired and in need of improvement. Staff is great!!!

Perfect hotel by GVA
While we stayed at Crown Plaza GVA only for one night, everything worked perfectly. We even used the lounge and it worked well for us. Highly Recommended!

Very convenient hotel airport with a shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport. Helpful staff. Room was quiet and restful. Had a nice dinner on the premises. Recommend.

Only waited 20 minutes for shuttle, not so bad, check in was quick, and accommodations were quite adequate for a short visit. Breakfast was quite expensive but selections were abundant and in a bright environment

The shuttle from the airport was very slow in arriving and the line to check in at the hotel was very slow. In addition, my room keys were not activated properly. Also, the ice machine did not work on my floor. I had selected this hotel because of the free airport shuttle, but was surprised that the shuttle did not start running until 0600 - too late for my flight. I ended up paying over 20 CHF for a taxi. I did find this information on the website later, but tucked away on a secondary page.

The place is very clean. Bed is very comfortable and linens are very clean. The bathroom area is very clean. Newly renovated or so it seems. The service is great in all areas. We had a very pleasant stay. We would have chosen to stay longer if the Hotel offered free parking to customers.

I enjoyed this stay at the hotel, it was only for one night as I was using this hotel for its proximity to the airport. The staff and the location was very good and I truly enjoyed my stay. My only complaint was that there were ice machines on each floor, but none of them worked. That said the dining staff was great at delivering ice in a very short period of time.

Property in quite good condition. My room was spacious & clean & well made. Club lounge available which is a big plus. Breakfast in restaurant downstairs is extremely satisfying, tasty & included with the room price. Service was excellent. Check in clerk was friendly & extremely helpful too.

As is true with many Crowne Plazas, the European version is WAY nicer than the US version. Lovely room, very fairly priced, very convenient to the airport. Perfect airport hotel, really.

Clean, functional and comfortable. Friendly staff. Elemis toiletries. Decent breakfast. Aurelian at check-in was very helpful. Free and quick bus ride to central Geneva. One negative point is parking garage, entrance and exit to which is very tight and we ended up damaging wheels of our BMW X5:(

Loved that it was walkable from the airport. The free airport shuttle was also a fantastic option. Bed was soft and pillows fluffy. Clean, upgraded bathroom. Only complaint is that the breakfast was quite pricey, but it was very nice. Felt like options were limited within the area, so went ahead and splurged.

An outstanding one night stay
It was great to spend a night there on our arrival in Geneva after a Long trip from LA. The shuttle service, front desk, room and hotel service were all great. We were on the Club floor and especially liked the breakfast and the friendly service during breakfast as well.
