"Good location next to Railway station. Reception service was very friendly and helpful when we checked in - and Mateusz was interesting and engaging company when we sat in reception with a beer (after we got back too late for the bar - which closes at 10pm on Sundays). The only negative was the radiators in the bedroom which were on at night and we couldn't turn them off. We should have raised this after our first night, but at first thought it was just the fact that it was very warm weather...

However, check-in communication was very poor: as I was arriving late, I'd agreed that the keys would be hidden, but then I got no instructions of this beforehand, and only a phone call after I had already landed with an address (quite far away) to pick up the keys. There were additional taxes and "late check-in fees" to pay (even though WE had to go to pick up the keys). The flat is also not very well equipped - e.g. very few toiletries. You could...
