We had to book a night earlier than what we planned. Period. So the next morning they made sure that the room we were moving into was ready prior to us needing to check out, which helped us not have to pack our car twice.

Pros: Short walk to main tourist areas of Gaitlinburg, and short distance to national park. Large room. Cons: Shower doors on rollers and did not stay (ie kept sliding open). Fitted sheet not big enough for bed. Noisy hallways from passing guests.

A few blocks off the main Gatlinburg strip but an easy walk. Very clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. Breakfast was good. No complaints. Enjoyed my stay and felt at home.

Really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is very clean, offers nice breakfast, and the pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus. The hotel is conveniently located near Gatlinburg downtown, and a local free trolley can take you around the town. Highly recommend this place and plan to stay there in the future.

The staff was very welcoming. Our room was perfect, with a patio that faced a wooded area- so peaceful! We visit Gatlinburg regularly, and the next time we go back we'll be staying here.

Very clean hotel with relaxing outdoor area by a creek. Nice park about a block away which was a good place to walk our dog.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the grounds were great. Its proximity to downtown Gatlinburg was perfect. Just far enough away, but close. The hot tub, fire pits and views of the creek behind the hotel were beautiful. Due to a family emergency, we needed to check out a day before our check our date, and they refunded us our money. I would stay there again and would recommend.

We had an overall great experience staying here. Breakfast was excellent, my children loved the pool, and the beds were comfortable. I wish I had known the bathrooms were sliding doors and have no way to lock; as I would have chosen another hotel. This is within walking distance, just know the walk back is all up hill. If there were locking bathroom doors, I would definitely stay here again.

The Complimentary breakfast was lunch meat (Thinly Sliced turkey lunch meat). That was frozen and heated in water. This was the only choice for three of the days we stayed. Pale in color and see thru. Gross. No one ate it. A boys soccer team was staying so the one waffle maker was occupied during breakfast. Cereal and other starch products were available. Not good. Pool was occupied for two days with a young soccer team of boys running back and forth every 2 minutes from the hot tub to the pool they said they were training hot and cold therapy. Exhaust fan in bathroom nonexistent so mold is brewing. Bathroom door is a barn door zero privacy light and eyes can see you do your business. Rooms are very Dark. Cant read or see any stains.

Overall, a nice place. The outdoor seating, fire pit area was relaxing and a beautiful little creek view from our room. The room lighting was terrible- very dark. Samantha at the front desk was nice.

Our room was ok. It was clean. Wasn’t a fan of the non-locking sliding bathroom door that if you don’t have it lined up perfectly you could easily see into it without trying to. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was in the middle of being repaired. The mini fridge didn’t have a freezer which it usually does but that wasn’t that big of deal. I liked that it was a walkable distance to all the action so it was quiet and had a great view. Overall it was good and I would stay again.

The location is great because its within walking distance of the main strip. Less than .5m walking distance. Many families walking during the day from other hotels around the area.

The fruit infused water in the lobby was a wonderful treat. The room (two queen) was a little small for four people with 4 bags, etc. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was awesome.

Liked that it was close to the parkway where everything is. Disliked the furniture in the room, No drawers, extra small microwave, no towel racks in the bathroom, pillows were very mushy.
