The property was conveniently placed just off the strip in G-burg. The overall property was well maintained. The parking garage was tiny and limited. There was scary, spooky music playing in the parking garage as you went into the elevator that was more than creepy! Also, our room was very outdated and smelled like "cheap, old lady perfume" mixed with bar smoke. It was not very pleasant at all. Overall, the place was good but not great.

The rooms could use a bit of an update. Our room while clean showed a good amount of heavy usage and style is well outdated. Breakfast was good though my daughter and I were abit disappointed that they didn't have the waffle makers pretty much every ither hotel has on their breakfast bar these days lol. Husband said sausage was extremely salty but we all loooved their buiscuits. No bacon which I thought was odd since there was sausage and egg? But that might be nit picking it also. Loved the fact that you could walk righ out the door to the center of Gatkinburg where all the restayrants and shops and all are. Staff was extremely nice also.If we come back to Gatlinburg we would definiteky stay here again! Oh one more little thing is the pool is coooold according to all adults there that night lol

Parking was an absolute nightmare. If you own a suv or a truck, forget about staying here! The spaces are so narrow & tight it’s very difficult to get in and out of your vehicle. Would not do again.
