The Jangle Hotel - Paris - Charles de Gaulle - Airport
4/10 Poor
"I would not stay there again or recommend here is why..
Pros
Great staff, delicious food from restaurant and swimming club is enjoyable
Cons
Shuttle do not run from 11.30 until 5.30 pm, if you don’t have an appointment from previous day you have to wait 2+ hours or take uber $15 euros to airport and they have other vans on their parking lot but only 1 running.
Poor breakfast no fresh coffee or juice, they offer coffee and juice machines.
No shampoo or conditioner available or at their mini market to buy so if you need that you have to go to airport.
No cover sheet for your bed only bedcover."
"The carpet was stained in multiple places and the whole room felt very blah. The lifts were constantly having issues while we were there, which was making us late with our suitcases leaving. Otherwise the view was great, which is what we paid for I guess."
"Reception staff super rude and unhelpful and said No basically no o anything. Asked for early checking and was not done then asked for card to goto pool with kids they wanted extra money for that. Didnt say toilets needed key card too. Like 20 -30 people were waiting in lobby and till 3pm werent given a room even 15 mins earlier when i asked.
Hair balls in room
Bar was good
The fairy / eiffel photo bench setup was very nice
Terrace by lobby was quite dated and not cleaned. Just a power wash and it would look good"
"The location is amazing. It’s very well kept hotel. Breakfast is delicious and has wide variety. My only complaint is they skipped House Keeping and when we requested, they didn’t come until 8 o’clock at night to clean."
"Nice place. The Junior Suite was spacious but a little dated. We also stayed in a superior room during another part of the trip and it was also nice but a bit smaller. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate but I would recommend going to Moon Croissant around the corner for world class pastries."
