There are plenty of staff members who are polite and well mannered. But the manager has horrible decorum. He refuses to have conversations about any disputes. He’s ready to take money, but will not provide promised services. The rest of the staff, like the cleaning crew do a great job, but the sheets are awful. The shower is awful. The amenities...

"The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The room despicable, and the photos on expedia look like they’ve been photoshopped and enhanced. In reality, they are dirty and unkempt. The air conditioning was not working and I had to request the receptionist (who was least bothered) several times for him to actually take any action and provide me with a remote. I couldn’t stay there for more than 20 minutes."

"Dans le meme temps que moi, sejournaient a l'hotel environ 200 etudiants loges a 3 par chambre et qui etaient joyeux jusque parfois 3H du matin.apres cette heure c'etaient les chiens sauvages qui se battaient. Pour un prix quasiment identique, j'ai loue par vos soins, au "purple lotus". Situe dans un quartier chic, pres d'un grand park. Hotel a l'architecture et la decoration tres soignees; Chambres tres spacieuse et modernes."
