Staff was super friendly and welcoming! Food at the restaurant was very delicious! It was a 25 min walk from the city center in case you’re booking and want to be next to the city! The rooms are average, clean but no AC (they do offer a fan if you want)

This was a convenient place to stay. We had one of the better meals on our trip here. The pizza and chicken was exceptionally good. We did not realize the hotel did not have air conditioning. They supplied us with fans and the windows were open so that helped. The facility could use a facelift. However, all in all, it was a good place to stay.

The property was uplifting and fun. Lots of varied guests. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Weather was unseasonably warm so they gave us fans to help cool the room. It’s a five minute taxi ride from the center but worth it to be in a quiet part of town away from the mayhem. Consider the Nox on your next visit to Galway.

A nice modern hotel. Restaurant on the premices has a varied abd tasty menu. Morning buffet is well supplied. Downsides are: distance from historical centre (a 30min walk along a busy boulvard, but manageable) and uninteresting neighbourhood.

The staff were fantastic, especially Cara,Meg and Francescia behind the bar. Full of great chat, very friendly and great Craic .It made the stay a lovely one. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this hotel .

we loved everything about this hotel. From checkin to checkout. Rooms are spacious and they have smart TV. The bar service from the ladies was awesome, especially from “Kara” so funny and engaging. Breakfast was very good and they had same day laundry service. Very close to downtown and the cab drivers are hilarious. Highly recommend this hotel 5 star all the way

If you are an American 🇺🇸 the room is small. The lobby and breakfast is beautiful. However the room is small and not updated like the lobby. The picture of the rooms are misleading.

It’s the location. Very poorly sited. If you’re on foot, it’s a mile from town, half of which is along a noisy, always car filled road. Buses aren’t close. Your much better bet is to find somewhere else. The other thing is that you just don’t get that Irish cheer that’s so wonderfully pervasive.

Friendly staff and nice facility overall. The room was rather hot and the thermostat did seem to be working well. This isn’t convenient to downtown for walking, but it’s a short drive and public transportation might be available nearby.

Outstanding.
This is the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in,we ate there on the first night,the meal was delicious and the service was excellent, we were sorry we didnt eat there on our second night!Edel even offered to drop us into town on our second night.We walked back and its a short walk from town.Nox is very tastefully decorated and there are lots of nice places to sit and relax,the rooms were spotless and very comfortable,no outside noise at night..I will definitely be back here and would highly recommend Nox hotel for a stay in Galway.Thankyou.

Top Notch Nox
We had a lovely time at the Nox Galway. It was perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable. But the best assets are the staff. Helpful, kind, polite and smart We will return in the summer.

Very nice lobby/restaurant areas, our room was spacious and clean… we just found it had no personality. But, it does the job for sure. There was no coffee machine in room so, upon leaving in the morning, we asked if it would be possible to have a couple of coffees to go, we were told, “yes of course”- then, we were asked to pay 13£ for them… if you don’t have a coffee machine in the rooms, at least have complimentary coffee in the lobby. It’s a small thing that goes a long way.

The stay was amazing, though it was just a one day trip. But in my opinion the hotel and the service of the hotel is absolutely brilliant. The location is also very near by the city. Highly recommend.
