The staff is super friendly and made it easy to check in and out. The property, however, was a disaster. On the website, it says “new property” so I thought it’d be at least a little clean and new. But no. Some pillars outside are falling apart. The room was so sticky and humid that the microwave and mini fridge in there were just constantly wet. Sleeping in the tiny beds was gross feeling because of how sticky they felt. There was a huge gap under the door so we had to put a towel down at night so no light or bugs got in. There was mold on the edge of the tub on the floor and the tub itself had a layer of filth on it. Also, when we first got into our room, the lamps and alarm clock were all unplugged so I had to dig behind a dresser to plug them in. Luckily, both dressers in the room were already pulled away from the walls quite a bit. Maybe the cleaning people forgot to finish up in there? Not sure. You can definitely hear the neighbors around you while in your room. Even the ones a few doors down. Our room looked nothing like the pictures of the rooms on the site. There was old carpet that was torn and coming up by the door. The carpet also had several burn holes in it all over the room (even though it’s suppose to be nonsmoking). There was an old gross rusty safe by the mini fridge that looks like it’s been there since the beginning of time. The toilet seat had a bunch of chips and scratches on it. I wish I would’ve spent the extra $100-$200 for a better place for sure.
