Had to wait for someone to come to the desk to check in, she helped someone that came after us first. Our room had sort, crumbs and rocks on the carpet, tables were full of grime, hair in the bathtub, toilet seat had to be held up to sit or use toilet. Room next door was loud…we called front desk, nothing was done.

Breakfast selection was poor and limited. Plumbing fixtures were in need of de-scaling. TV remote was falling apart. There was an easy chair and hassock in the room. The hassock was stained. The temperature control was either uncomfortably cold or hot, no middle ground. My stay was a disappointment.

Due to work being done on my house i stayed over a week with pets. They were so considerate to not enter. I have an escape artist that i was afraid to get loose. I had to renew my reservations several times and they were kind enough to let me stay in the room. I took my own trash out although that was my choice. The staff were all very nice. The laundry was ckean and worked great. Really good coffee. Id recommend it. For the price it was perfect for me

Check in was fine other than an odor in the lobby.Room was fine.
Pool was disgusting and murky. It smelled like a hay barn in there. We left unable to use it. If you're not going to maintain it, drain it. Gross! Plus when we left our room this morning we could smell the pool upstairs! Thankfully the smell did not permeate the room. We couldn't eat the breakfast provided on site because it was right outside of the pool and there was no way we could eat next to that smell.

Lobby had an unpleasant odor , the front door didn't work and the front desk clerk was wearing dirty clothes. We cancelled our reservation and went to the hotel next door. Property was nothing like what was shown on line.

The breakfast offered less than the standard fare, and then the cleaning staff person kicked us out while we were eating because she needed to vacuum. Then, we get back to the room to get ready to check out, but the key was already deactivated (2 hours before checkout). No USB outlets to charge your electronics. Just minor inconveniences.
