It’s was a nice cheap place to stop for the night on the way to southern Spain. Staff were very helpful. I would defo stay again when driving from England to Spain

Budget hotel punching above its weight!
Friendly welcome with maps and advice voluntary given about how to get into town and location of taxis. Very clean with funky decor. Overall excellent

AC broke down during the heat wave when we were there and they could not fix it all night long. The staff was apologetic and nice, but we got roasted through the night.

Well priced. Despite the hotel being in an industrial estate type location, it is a great place to stay as easy to get into Pamplona on the bus. There is a big shopping mall 10 mins walk away with a food hall.

- staff is friendly - room is clean and too small but not good for couples - They said checkout will be 1.00pm i came12.45pm for checkout i found they close my room coz im late ( dont know the reason) - location inside petrol station - no any facilities in the room exept toothbrush., even 1 bottel of water. - same price you can book better one - 15 min by bus to the down town

A first for me as I have never stayed in a Hotel were the shower was actually in the room! Very strange and embarrassing as we were sharing with our 2 children who are not used to seeing their middle-aged Mummy and Daddy buck naked. The room was tiny and we felt cramped, the photo's were misleading as we expected our son and daughter to have a bed each but on arrival they had to sleep together on a sofa bed! We won't be using Bed4U again.

A little ways outside of downtown, but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you downtown within a few minutes. Not a lot of dining options close by. Overall comfortable and no complaints.

Better to pay a little more and go elsewhere
The local area was horrible. The rooms are very small the beds are very hard the breakfast is very good the staff are friendly.do not request a room for four people it will simply be a double room with two additional beds crammed in it with no room to walk. The hotel is noisy at night. the only redeeming qualities are it's cheap, the breakfast is very good and the staff are good. Cleanliness is okay. entry is through a gas station, on the ground floor is a car wash. Did I mention the breakfast is very good.

The hotel is located quite near of noisy highway and gas station, that is why I can not sleep well with open window. The bed was so hard. You can hear well at night how water dripping from faulty tap, because the shower is too close to bed and the door is made of glass. Somebody smoked tabacco in another room, so you can smell it in your room. Breakfast is perfect. Bus station in 1 minute to go. Very positive atmosphere in the hotel. Blackout roll-curtains on window.

Hard to Find !!
Pace was extremely hard to find even with GPS and Waze. Even local police officers had no idea how to get to it. A second patrol in the area came to rescue the first patrol in regards to my inquiry and one of the four officers present, put the address of a local restaurant on the GPS in order to find it. Once I got there, I was charged for my second room even though I informed them that I had -paid. Once I got settled, I showed them my reservation on the computer and even then, the receptionist had to check with her manager in order to get credit for the second charge. On a positive note, breakfast was good and plentiful.

Why pay extra for downtown?
It's a great place st the entrance to the ciryz and with one bus, or a taxi, you are downtown where everything happens. Definitely will use again.
