I paid for a double bed suite… I was not given the room i reserved and paid for. They told me that i was a guaranteed a room but not room type. Turns out they were booked and because there was an event in the area, overcharged for the room. Refused to refund me the difference and allegedly told expedia they offered a roller bed when they lied and did no such thing!

When we arrived at 4:00 (one hour after check in time) our room was not ready. We were told it could be an hour or longer before it was ready. We had a function at Georgetown to attend and needed to change clothes. We were told we could change in public bathroom. Unacceptable.
A very wonderful experience. The staff is very accommodating. However The first night we stayed our room thermostat did not work and all the other rooms were booked solid and it just so happened to be a night that it snowed and hit below freezing temperatures. It would have been great to change rooms but it was impossible. But the very next morning the front desk got us into a better room upgrade and was very nice and friendly about the whole situation.
The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast was not a good option. Not much to choose from. If you’re looking for pancakes, waffles, grits and anything else other than cereal and oatmeal plan on getting up early to go get your own breakfast.
Beautiful hotel that was very clean and room was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint was heat vent in hallway whistled and annoying. It could be heard in room. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly
Suite was very spacious and accommodated my wheelchair bound mother-inlaw. Management was friendly at front desk.

Great location. Breakfast was included and hot. We needed the sofa bed. It was the absolute worst. You can feel the springs through it. They did have roll away beds but the hotel would not let us have 2. I made the reservation for 2 queens and when I got there they asked if I would switch to a king upgrade. It was not an upgrade, we actually lost a bed and had to sleep on the couch which was terrible. A few electrical outlets in the room did not work which was inconvenient. They had 3 treadmills. 2 had out of service signs on them and the third one was clearly broken. Our room also did have a heavy animal order in it.
This was the first hotel in about 4-5 hotel stays (different hotels around the same price range) where everything was clean and working and we didn't have to ask the front desk for anything. It was refreshing to actually get what you pay for and we are thankful for Homewood Suites giving us a nice a relaxing night with plenty of space for the kids!

1. 5th floor had a fish odor once you get off the elevator
2. I asked for trash to be taken out of my room on my second day - it was never done
But no reason why I would not stay again
Staff was pleasant
Hotel staff was friendly however the hotel was very dirty. The room smelled like weed. Beware it’s pet friendly and for those who do not have pets the smell was obvious. I will never stay at this property again. Not even close to a 2.0 rating.
I am clueless how a Hilton Hotel can't provide an operating shower to it's guests. I am further baffled how they can't repair something as simple as a shower valve in a timely manner to as keep a guest from having to move to another room.
When I went to check out I was told by the front dest person I'd have to file a complaint with Travelocity to get my money back for the one night. It turns out that person was incorrect and that I wasn't charged for that night after all.
Why would I want to do business with Hilton if the best they can offer is "I'm sorry". I did better in a low end roadside motel in Maine not too long ago.
Everything was great. They had snacks for sale downstairs and small items to cook that attracted my kids. My kids enjoyed the pool outside. I only can complain about the comfort level of the bed but that’s because I’m use to my bed. The bed here was very uncomfortable to me. But the room was very spacious and bathroom was clean.
