Room were not cleaned properly, hairs everywhere, half of a toilet paper roll left, holes in the bathroom walls and did not smell good at all.

My daughters slept in one bed together and the next morning they both woke up with bites all over there body. They were itching all morning and we had a 2 hour car ride.

We checked in on Friday, went to the room and the door wouldn't open. Went back to the desk and the key had been activated for the wrong room. The next day while taking a shower (accessible) the curtain moved and there was a bloody bandaid and tissue on the floor. Obviously from the previous customer as this was my first time in the shower. My husband brought the "evidence" to the front desk and reported it. Weirdly when we got back to the room that night the do not disturb sign was on the ground and the door would not open again. I wonder if someone was in our room while we were gone?

A/C had a breaker on the cord that had to be reset several times. Big gap under door. Blow dryer inoperable. Sheets stained. Floor dirty, feet were dirty after walking on it.

My wife was in Shands Hospital and I needed a room for a few nights. This was perfect. 5 minutes from hospital. The room was clean. The shower was hot. Plenty of towels. Breakfast in am. I made myself a waffle!

I did not like anything. The attention was terrible. The breakfast was bad, there wasn't even a juice because the machine was out of order. The staff's attention at breakfast was terrible. The wife connection was bad.

The staff and hostess for the continental breakfast was very warm and helpful. She went out her way to ensure food was available and kept the area clean around the food, she promptly filled the containers with more food and beverages.

The facility was fine. We stayed at this motel without issue. 1st let me tell you about the breakfast. The first morning we came down it was about 8:30 or so there was really nothing to be have and it became obvious they were not going to put anything else out. We were a party of and stayed and paid for 2 rooms im advance I even rimded the manage when we checked in that we were a large group and planned to have reakfast there. The second day there was a little more. There was.one apple, one. sausage pattie they did have the fixings for the waffles and very little else again the people maintaining the breakfast made no effort to put anything else out and we were all down by 7. We did not stay the third day. When we checked in i realize i had shorted us one room for the 3rd might my family needed to stay. I talkef with the staff and I paid for our 2nd room for the 3rd night. This made us having paid for 2 rooms for 3 days. Well the morning of 3rd day the staff decided we had night paid for the 2nd room any told my family they would have to be gone by 11AM checkout time. My adult children of 43YO and son of 49 YO explained that i wad there at checkin and i pained for the 4rd.night. The staff were incisive that they room was not paid for So, my daughter called .e at Shand's hospital, were i was in ICU, were i was with my husband who had major surgery the day after we arrived. Stadd continued to insist that i had not paid. When l explained i had paid (TO BE CONTINUED).

We arrived early (10 am) and just wanted to pay for the room since we wouldn’t be back until after midnight. We were told it was an extra $40 for early check in, but then when we clarified we didn’t need in the room, they didn’t charge us. When we got back around 1 am, there was no parking left. Had to go in to ask where to park. We needed to park up against a construction trailer covering 5-6 spots. I was nervous our car would get hit but it ended up fine. The property smelled of weed but the room itself was clean and didn’t smell, which is a huge plus in a college town. The bed, however, was terribly uncomfortable. It made a clunking sound when we would move and just seemed broken. Given the room looked recently renovated, the bed condition was a surprise. Still, we slept fine and the shower was hot in the morning. Breakfast was typical but the attendant working was very nice. We would stay again if we return to Gainesville for another football game.
