"1. I asked for a 5:30am wake-up call for early morning airport drop off. NO WAKE-UP CALL ! To me, this drops the hotel rating to 0, cause this is basic hotel service! No excuse! 2. I asked the front desk why no Wi-Fi signal. Front desk made no effort to address the problem. Said she was going to call the supervisor but made no attempt. Too busy helping other customers that came after me. 3. Beside these 2 problems, all other services at this hotel were good. Hope these issues can be resolved. Thank you! "
