The place is missing good service and they wanted 50 euros because I left at 12 not 11. I asked for a wine opener which I had to go and pick up my self and I had to return it I could just leave it in the room. Very cooled service

Hello Khaled, thank you for your comments which allow us to improve our services. You knowingly asked us for a late check out, so the price should not surprise you. Imagine that everyone leaves later than the originally scheduled time, how could we organize cleaning and what would say the guests who have to arrive at 3:00 p.m. and who would be delayed in entering the room. As for the corkscrew, that seems to me to be simple common sense and good citizenship on your part (you lend me, I return)...on the other hand, you should have brought the bottle to reception, that would have been more simple and then you would not have had to bring back the corkscrew. Arrived in the dark after airport was closed due to strike booked in pains given key fob and told its behind reception took me ten minutes in the dark a drain to find it . Then we had to clean the door to get inthick with spider webs even in the room Breakfast just ok beautiful surroundings though wouldn’t want to stay again though

Good Overall.
It was very good. Onsite restaurant was delicious. Staff very lovely and accommodating. One pointer , i would say, is for the hotel to have access to local taxis and services as felt quite restricted for airport transfers to and fro.

Excellent option in the Ardennes
Our experience at this brand new hotel was a very good one. From a very efficient and friendly check-in with Lucien, a kind and courteous front desk intern, to the extra efforts led by the housekeeping team, we were pleasantly surprised and look forward to coming back. The number of construction projects going around the hotel was fairly unexpected but we believe this will be a very nice option for families seeking refugee from urban life. Suggested improvements to the kichen area of the room: installation of a freezer below the fridge, as well as a simple exhauster with light on top of the cooktop would definitely make a family stay more pleasant. Great job on the COVID-19 protocol but, from a safety perspective, please install urgently a safety block on the balcony accessible from the reception area- the floor gap between the concrete and glass facade is quite large and needs to be taken care of.

What an amazing stay! We stayed for two nights with three small children and had the best time! Everything is super clean and they have taken extra measures due to COVID to make sure we felt safe! Check in was easy and the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The rooms are beautiful and have amazing views of the lake! We dinned at their restaurant both nights and enjoyed the food and drinks! They were very accommodating to our small children too! I absolutely recommend staying here!

We came to take my daughter to Couvin on. Santa train ride and little did I know about this hidden place. It’s in a great spot along the lake. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the rooms are very clean and beautiful. Will definitely come to this hotel in the summer time when traveling through Belgium!

One night stay on way back from Spa. Hotel only recently built and everything feels fresh, new & modern. Lovely view over lake from room, which was very comfortable with superb bed and bathroom. The food in the restaurant was superb.

No 121 was very spacious. However, the kitchenette was insufficiently equipped. More cutlery and crockery needed (and a toaster!). The sofa bed back kept dropping against the window frames. The bed and mattresses were superb.

Lovely lakeside views, friendly staff and luxurious room with aircon. Large comfortable bed, lots of pillows and a kettle with tea and coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

Le Wellness n'est en effet pas inclus dans le prix mais cette information est clairement renseignée lors de la réservation. Le prix de l'entrée au SPA est de 49 Euros, incluant 2 heures dans un espace bien être d'au maximum 12 personnes dans le même espace, partageant 2 Saunas, jacuzzi, piscine, hammam, espace détente... Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.,

De prijs van de wellness is te duur. Wij betalen die prijs voor een hele dag wellness. Zelfs met de VIP access korting was het te hoog geprijsd. Er was bijna geen volk. beter iets minder vragen en klanten hebben. Het hotel is mooi en het uitzicht evenzeer. De kamer was stil en netjes en verzorgd.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir sind um den See und bis Walcourt Rad gefahren - eine schöne Umgebung, aber nichts was man ohne Motor am Rad bewältigen könnte sofern man nicht sehr trainiert ist. Die Unterkunft und auch das Hotel an sich waren sehr gepflegt. Die Angestellten sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Moderne hotel i skønne omgivelser, der dog trods sit fine ydre ikke formår at formidle stedets og områdets muligheder på engelsk, hvilket er synd og skam. Vi fik desværre ikke udnyttet stedets potentiale pga det. Målgruppen er klart belgiere, franskmænd og hollændere. Restauranten kan klart anbefales.
