Very misleading

A very missleading stay from what is advertised. There is a spa although you have to pay €19.50pp to use it. The “hot tub” in the spa is just a 1 person jacuzzi bath which you must also buy on top of the spa costs. At night all the heating was turned off so it was very cold. Room was clean and quiet though. all the machines for coffee etc only take coins so make sure you bring plenty with you. The restaurant next door was absolutely incredible and reasonably priced though

Das Deluxe Einzelzimmer ist wie eine Abstellkammer mit Tisch und Fernseh drauf im Bad kein Becher für Zahnbürste,kein Vergrößerungsspiegel einfach nichts wohnliches und dann "Deluxe"???? Vor dem Fenster befindet sich direkt eins Sitzgruppe und der Aschenbecher direkt vor dem Fenster soviel zum Nichtraucherzimmer.

Morgenmaden var en skuffelse. Man fik at vide at man endda måtte smøre en madpakke, men man skulle købe smør, pålæg og juice i en automat.

We had been excited to book a three bedroom apartment with two baths and kitchen and balcony. Our apartment had no balcony, instead a patio with a large van that belonged to hotel blocking any view. Blinds were in terrible shape and outside lights kept all bedrooms lit and we like rooms dark when we sleep. One of the two baths was a half bath which was fine, but the other bath lacked a toilet, just shower and sink. So only one toilet. No locks on bathroom door witg shower. Trash in half bath had not been emptied. Corners in living room dirty. Kitchen had stove, sink, small fridge. No microwave. Plus was size of bedrooms. But we were very disappointed in the upkeep of our room.

So-so breakfast

This hotel is decent for the price. Our only real complaint was the breakfast -- so-so rolls and coffee or tea, that's it. If you want butter, jam, etc., you have to pay extra for it!

The room was apparently not in use for a long time. The room was Ok but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was making noise when you turn so I couldn’t sleep well.

Good in parts

The staff were helpful, when they could be found, but there were not enough of them. The hotel was clean but the restaurant was not open, which meant a fifteen minute walk to a very nice, basic cafe for dinner. The room was large but it was on the road and noisy at night. I was there for an exhibition at the Friedrichshafen Messe, there was no hotel shuttle, it was too far to walk and taxis were hard to come by. Each morning I had to wait 15-30 minutes for a taxi.

On my way to france I found the Nice place close to the Bodensee.It is the best choice of low budget traveling but with all comfort you need

Could have been better

Reception "not open until 3pm" actually meant hotel not open - we stood 15mins in the rain. Lift not working and despite my inability to carry heavy cases up two flights of stairs, and my husband struggling to do so with an injured leg, no help was available. 'Breakfast' consisted simply of mini croissants on paper plates, and a coffee machine. There was no hair dryer in the room. There were old wine stains on the bedroom carpet. The bed was far from comfortable. The receptionist was permanently stressed and hardly ever in reception, although she did apologise as we were leaving.

The room is not the same as the pictures. It was really hot and without an air-conditioner. So we try to open the window, but a lot of insects went inside the room afterwards. The wifi was not working. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was the simplest breakfast I had ever had in a hotel. One of the shower sliding doors did not close. You need strength to lock the door. The curtains did not cover all the windows.

An average hotel with a parking lot outside.

It was ok, the receptionist was a pleasant guy who let us in and advised us about taking the car to town. Upon return, we met a couple who could not get in because after 20:00 there is nobody at the reception desk. We unlocked the door of the hotel, they got in and took the keys of the room they booked online. So if you are arriving later to town, it might be wise to make arrangements about the reception in advance.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr sauber und optisch in hervorragendem Zustand. Betten hochwertig sauber und gut. Was man auf den Bildern nicht sieht, ist dass die Fensterhebel kaputt sind, die Türen klemmen, die Heizung rauscht und das WZ gar nicht warm wird. Es fehlt der Haustechniker mit Öl und Werkzeug!

Das Zimmer tadellos! Recht neu gestaltet. Im Hotelhausgang sollte mal ein neuer Teppichboden rein. Es grüßten die 80iger. Er war sauber, aber abgelaufen.
