It was a decent stay. Room was dirty as staff apparently doesn't clean walls or wipe cabinetry, both otherwise it was fine.

Guess Mother’s Day weekend is for kids running up and down hallways at 10pm , kids screaming as loud as they can til 10pm even when asked to quiet down they got louder and staff did nothing. Front desk guy was a lil rude this morning as well. Lots of carpet stains and stains on furniture , my room smelt off and ac didn’t start kicking in til late night so it was hot , smelly and noisy. I booked this so I could rest for Mother’s Day and didn’t get to. So I will definitely stay clear from this hotel next year

Great hotel! Comfortable beds, big rooms and walking distance from Chuckchansi Stadium, our whole reason for going to Fresno. Kind staff, awesome restaurant with lots of options! Will most definitely stay at this lovely hotel next time we’re in Fresno!

The food was expensive and did not taste good. The orange juice and pineapple juice did not taste like normal. Tasted rancid and was expensive $22 for 3 cups of pineapple juice.

A nice hotel in the downtown area. The room was nicely furnished and had great quality sheets and bedding. The hotel property had several visible security guards and blocked parking lot entrances and felt safe and secure even though the general downtown area is obviously not as popular as it probably was in the past. If you are looking for a safe secure hotel with room furnishings that are a cut above most hotels in Fresno, this will work for you. I definitely recommend it.

If it wasn't for the homeless people right outside the parking lot it would be a total of 5 stars. But there was NO way I would walk outside at night time. Once inside the staff was awesome, kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. It is not their fault that the area they are in have the kind of people they do. But I will not stay any other location but this one when I am in Fresno.

Very easy to check in and very friendly staff. My room however had mold on the ceiling above the shower and the tub was slow to drain. Also a piece of chewed gum down by the clean towels.

The hostel staff was excellent. But downtown Fresno has really gotten dumpy in the last few years. We were seeing a show that was right across the street from the hotel so it was very convenient. Luckily the hotel had plenty of security out there so we felt safe, but if they didn’t, I would not feel safe walking around this area, the hotels a little bit older, a little bit rundown, but probably the best that Fresno has to offer.

I was impressed with the property and how close it was to our venue the evening we stayed. Parking was available around check in time but it did seem like luck since the parking lot was so packed. Very courteous and friendly staff. Our room did have a certain paint or air conditioning odor but we got used to it during the stay. Nothing hazardous just noticeable if you walk in and out. Very clean room, very clean property no complaints. Thank you to the staff!! Bar downstairs was convenient also I would like to add.

We went for an improptu family trip to the Fresno Zoo and Sequoia National Park. Overall, it was a a decent experience. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed; however, I was surprised water bottles in our room were $2.50 per bottle instead of free. I think all hotels offer some free water. There seemed to be an event going on at the venue next door. When we got in around 7:30pm, the parking lot was full. After waiting for a while in the parking lot someone finally left and we were able to park. I don't think it was from all hotel guests since we overheard a group of people in another vehicle stating they could park there and had done it before. It didn't seem like anyone was checking and the hotel did not require some form of parking pass to be displayed on the dashboard. I asked after we checked in about a parking pass and was told there was none required. As a guest we should be prioriizeed for parking and would have definitely been upset had we found no parking, especially since we paid and the parking lot is big and should be prioritized for customers. We did get cookies, which were warm and delicious, but the breakfast in the morning was not great. Everything was bland and lukewarm and I wish we would have went somewhere else for breakfast. I've had breakfast at other Hiltons and it's been better. We paid a lot for our room and I just don't feel like the price reflected the overall quality of what was received in this case.

If you are a light sleeper this may not be the hotel for you. All rooms have doors out to the lobby and if music is playing you can hear it. Didn't get our cookies at check in because they didn't have any and they never brought them like they said they would. We went late in evening to ask for them and the night desk clerk was rude saying we needed to get them at check in. He ended up giving us the cookies. The day desk clerks were really nice.

We attended a concert in the venue directly behind's the Doubletree’s property. The convenience was priceless. We had dinner and drinks prior to our event. The drinks were good and our meal was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely make the Doubletree a place to stay when we come to Fresno.
