Located across street from airport breakfast was good staff friendly. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance was disappointing not mentioned on site during booking

The rooms had a distinctive odor and the atea around the hotel had trucks parked which made us feel very unsafe. The front staff in the morning shift on 04.24.2024 was especially rude & the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Would not stay at any BW property anymore

The morning staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome even as we were leaving. A staff member came out after we had check out just to let us know one of our tires looked a little low on her way into wrk and she gave my son A couple of cute little toys that he had an absolute ball with… the hotel was right up the road from a huge park and play ground, so we definitely scored on location Walmart and plenty of other shopping and food options were less then ten minutes away

The staff stole medication from our refrigerator. They were the only people in the room (per the camera) and the chilled medication was gone. The Manager was called and did nothing about it. We received threatening calls from the staff telling us it was not a police matter and to take it up with the hotel. Police said it was unsafe and suggested we leave at midnight. A man in a wheelchair with no where to go, receiving threats. Police report was done. We had another room with an incoming patient and the hotel refused to refund us the booking for them. Unsafe, threats and no refund on the second room that we had to leave becuase of this. Flight was delayed for never checked into because the caregiver was being threatented. We relocated to another hotel at midnight. It was so scary and horrific packing with police in room quickly and being escorted out (paralyzed man). It was a nightmare. We still have not been refunded for the second patient that had NO caregive there due to the threats. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. They do not look out for the customers. Worst experience ever.

Not a good experience. Originally wouldn’t let us check in even though we had the email with name and confirmation number, accused of it being fake. Finally checked in in the middle of the night. Ran down property with rude front desk staff. Rooms are average. I would go to another hotel close by.

Laundry was good, but there is only one machine. Breakfast was ok. The room smelled very moldy/musty. The TV in the exercise room didn’t work. The electronics on the exercise equipment didn’t seem to work.

The advertisement on Expedia states that the hotel had swimming pool and hot tub. The pool was shut down for “the season” in California. The hot tub was luke warm and the jets didn’t work. After talking to the front staff she stated the down for the season and didn’t really show interest of caring about the hot tub. Disappointed on the follow thru or agreeing a discount since that was the main reason we went. The breakfast was really good.

We do have a swimming pool, however since it is outdoors we close it during the winter. Spring starts on Tuesday, I hope you will come back to check out our pool then!

Such a clean and nice hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly. The only big downside was how thin the walls are. We had a room where there was an adjoining door, we could hear EVERYTHING in the neighboring hotel room from people talking to the TV being on, it sounded so loud as if the TV was on in our room. This started at 6am and woke us up both days making it hard to rest. I would not stay here again purely based on how thin the walls are and the sound bleed was just awful. Such a bummer because everything else was lovely.

We were given a room that had a connecting door to the next room. There was no noise insulation between the rooms - the people in the next room had the TV on until 11 and continually laughed. Also, we could see the light on under the door. When the TV got shut off I could still here them snoring all night. Traffic noise from outside was loud also. There was no carpet in the room that might have helped with noise absorption. I would probably not stay here again unless no other choice. Not horrible but I did not sleep well.

Upon arrival property had no water . Sign on front door stated water had been disconnected to entire property due to pipe burst in a room . Front desk employee was rude and curt regarding the matter . I was told water would be available within 15 mins after checkin time . Water was not available for 2.5 hrs .
